«Слойка Свердловская»
Экскурсия начнется в стильном ресторане «Гранд Буфет Екатеринбург». За чашкой душистого чая или ароматного кофе вы попробуете знаменитую слойку, приготовленную по фирменному рецепту советских кулинаров города 1960-х годов. Свежая, румяная, многослойная, с хрустящей корочкой и ванильным ароматом — в этом заведении она вновь стала хитом и символом уральского гостеприимства.

Прогулка по историческому центру

  • После вкусного начала самое время пойти на пешеходную прогулку и подогреть аппетит к следующему гастрономическому пит-стопу.
  • Вы увидите площадь 1905 года. Подниметесь на трибуну к памятнику Ленина. И полюбуетесь декором здания Екатеринбургской Мэрии, построенного в стилистике сталинского ампира, а также Пассажем — центром люксовой торговли города.
  • Я расскажу о богатой и подчас забавной истории нашей главной площади, после чего мы пройдём по проспекту Ленина к знаменитой Плотинке — месту, где 300 лет назад начался путь Екатеринбурга.
  • Вы услышите о первых заводах на Урале. Выясните, кто такие Татищев и Де Генин и как их отличить друг от друга. А также узнаете, где в самом центре города в 19 веке мыли золото.
  • Мы поднимемся на водонапорную башню, увидим дом Севастьянова, один из самых роскошных и необычных дворцов Екатеринбурга, и сравним его с комплексом зданий Уральского Облисполкома, построенного в начале 1930-х годов в стилистике конструктивизма.

Паб The Rosy Jane
Впереди у нас вторая гастрономическая пауза, а также минутка уральского юмора в культовом местном пабе, где вы сможете попробовать фирменный витбир или крафтовое пиво от уральских пивоваров. Вы попробуете угадать альтернативное, народное названии заведения, а также узнаете, посещал ли его Борис Николаевич Ельцин, который работал в этом здании в 1970-е годы.

Продолжаем гулять
Маршрут приведёт нас к Дому связи — ещё одному эффектному зданию в стилистике советского архитектурного авангарда, где вы сможете загадать желание на Нулевом километре, центральной точке на карте города. Ах, если бы можно было поставить больше! Константин и его экскурсия шикарны!!! В милой дружеской беседе мы узнали и исторические факты, и легенды, и познакомились с местным юмором, и продегустировали свердловские специалитеты.. Мы и пели и танцевали, Константин читал стихи нам… Было очень холодно, но мы совсем не заметили этого, три часа пролетели молниеносно. Волшебная экскурсия, благодаря стараниям экскурсовода!! По моему немалому опыту, однозначно стоит своих денег и времени. Прям советую - идите! Нет, бегите!! Пока Константин свободен в ваши даты)))
