Описание
В лесах приграничья, в нескольких километрах от Печор, расположилось ремесленное поселение. Здесь готовят 150 видов пряников. Вы тоже сделаете свой — настоящий, печатный, с пылу с жару! А ещё сойдёте с ума от запахов — смеси специй и печёного теста. И познакомитесь с историей и культурой этой сладости — поймёте, почему пряник пряный и откуда он вообще появился.
Что вас ожидает
Мастер-класс по приготовлению пряника
Вы получите свой кусочек готового теста, формочки с рисунком, и… начнётся волшебство! Сам процесс весёлый, но непростой. Чтобы пряник получился красивым и ровным, придётся потрудиться. Физкультура для пальцев вам обеспечена — пряник любит, чтобы его помяли! Хозяйка хутора покажет маленькие хитрости, чтобы всё получилось. Вы узнаете про технологию производства — от выбора формы до отправки в печь.
Прогулка по ремесленному хутору
А пока ваш пряник подрумянивается, вы:
- Посетите крепость-реконструкцию «Обдех»
- Сфотографируетесь в тронном зале с 30 тронами и кострищем посередине
- Услышите интересные факты о псковской кухне и 3 популярных местных крупах — горохе, пшенице и перловке. Из них готовят национальные каши — глазуху, пшеничную и мульгикапсад.
- Пройдёте по лесной тропе (по желанию за доплату) и узнаете о жизни леса и обитателях болот
- В трапезной попьёте ароматный чай, приготовленный на травах с хутора. Попробуете пряники, которые пекут в деревне. А свой, любовно сделанный, заберёте с собой!

- В стоимость экскурсии включены мастер-класс, чаепитие с пряником, экскурсия с гидом по хутору
- Дополнительно, по желанию, оплачивается интерактивная 40-минутная экскурсия по «Зелёной тропе» — 200 руб./чел.

Как добраться до ремесленной деревни
- Можно доехать на машине или общественном транспорте
- Из Печор довезёт автобус № 350 «Печоры—Печки—Псков». Проезд — около 80 рублей. Нужно выйти на остановке «деревня Сорокино» и пройти в сторону деревни 200 метров до ворот с вывеской «Хлебный хутор».

Понравился мастер-класс по изготовлению пряников: сначала Ольга рассказала об особенностях приготовления пряников, далее мы их изготовили и отправили выпекаться, погуляли по деревне, потом попили вкусный чай с пряниками. Вся семья (мы с мужем и дети) остались довольны. Также мы сходили к мельнице. В конце забрали пряники и купили пряники на гостинцы родным и друзьям, а себе вкусный чай, с удовольствием пьем его. В целом хорошо провели время, желаю дальнейшего процветания и развития этой деревни и успехов сотрудникам!

Было интересно и взрослым, и детям! И очень вкусно. Рекомендую выделить на посещение время с запасом-есть где погулять и чем заняться
