Описание

Мы отправимся в маленькое гастрономическое приключение по окрестностям Сочи. Вы увидите живые лозы винограда, живописный водопад и уютные пчелиные домики. Побываете на производстве крафтового пива, нарзанном источнике и форелевом хозяйстве.

Что вас ожидает

Где побываем и что попробуем

  • Самое старое кафе Адлера. В начале нашей экскурсии вы позавтракаете пышками и какао как из детства в культовом заведении, которое существует с 1993 года.
  • Семейная винодельня. Вы увидите, как выглядит и как растёт виноградная лоза, узнаете о традициях виноделия и отведаете домашние напитки: вино, чачу и коньяк. Всё это делается из своего, а не привозного винограда. Можно будет захватить бутылочку понравившегося вина с собой. Тут же вы попробуете настоящих сочинских рапанов.
    А ещё мы предложим вам дегустационную тарелку местных солений: папоротник, бамбук, туршу и другие — сможете съесть или забрать её домой.
  • Горная пасека. Посмотрим, как живет кавказская пчела-труженица. Здесь вы сможете посмаковать разные сорта меда, а также медовуху, сбитень и другие продукты. И даже пройти целебную процедуру пчелоужаливания (по желанию).
  • Сыроварня. Дегустация до 10 видов сыров местного производства, изготовленных из коровьего и козьего молока.
  • Форелевое хозяйство. Посмотрим, как выращивают форель, осетрину и белугу, а если захочется, попробуем их на вкус при разных способах приготовлениях.
  • Горная пивоварня «Endemic Brewery». Вы отведаете местное крафтовое пиво с хорошими закусками. По желанию, можно будет отправиться на экскурсию по внутренним помещениям и познакомиться со всеми деталями искусства пивоварения.
  • Нарзанный источник «Чвижепсе». Заглянем к природному источнику: здесь протекает полезная минеральная вода с мягкой газацией и большим количеством микроэлементов в составе.
  • Адлерский рынок. И наконец, отправимся на колоритный местный рынок, где можно недорого купить сезонные фрукты, специи, орехи и главный местный десерт — чурчхелу! А я покажу самые вкусные и проверенные места.

По пути в качестве бонуса заедем к волшебному водопаду с родниковой водой и загадаем желание — которое обязательно сбудется. А также пройдем по подвесному мосту через реку Мзымта и заглянем в мини-зоопарк, где покормим кроликов.

04 июля 2025 приняли участие в гастрономической экскурсии «Попробовать Сочи на вкус: экскурсия-дегустация», и это было потрясающее приключение для всех вкусовых рецепторов! Программа экскурсии была насыщенной и разнообразной. Мы посетили самые аутентичные места округа, где можно попробовать настоящую сочинскую кухню. Особенно запомнились морепродукты, местные сыры и, конечно же, домашние вина. Каждое блюдо было приготовлено с любовью и вниманием к деталям. Также запомнился визит в Скайпарк — это было настоящим приключением! Визит на пасеку стал не менее увлекательным. Нам показали, как живут пчёлы, и, конечно же, угостили свежим мёдом. Мы пробовали разные сорта мёда и даже купили несколько баночек для себя. Гид Екатерина - настоящий профессионал своего дела. Она с энтузиазмом делился секретами и рассказывала забавные истории из жизни. Организация экскурсии была на высшем уровне: удобное время, продуманный маршрут и комфортный автомобиль. Однозначно рекомендую эту экскурсию всем, кто хочет по-настоящему погрузиться в атмосферу Сочи и открыть для себя новые вкусовые грани этого прекрасного города.
