Описание

Мы с вами отправимся в путешествие по винодельческим хозяйствам Шабли. Вы побываете в подвалах и посмотрите, как хранится вино, пообщаетесь с опытными сомелье и узнаете секреты производства вин. И конечно, попробуете лучшие сорта — 20 видов!

Что вас ожидает

07:30 — Встреча в отеле и отправление в Шабли. Поездка займёт около 2,5 часов. По пути сделаем одну остановку в зоне отдыха.
10:15-11:30 — Экскурсия в домене Jean-Marc Brocard с посещением подвалов и дегустацией вин и сыра. Опытный сомелье расскажет вам о процессе производства вина и укажет на различия между сортами.
11:30-12:30 — Деревня Шабли. Вторая дегустация вин у Domaine Céline et Frédéric Gueguen.
12:30-14:00 — Свободное время. Вы сможете погулять по уютной деревушке или пообедать в живописном месте.
14:00-15:00 — Винодельня Maison Régnard Chabnlis, основанная в 1860 году, с посещением погребов и дегустацией.
15:00-16:00 — Посещение четвёртого дома в Шабли с дегустацией и рассказом местного сомелье.
16:00 — Отправление в Париж.
18:30 — Прибытие в Париж. Высадка у вашего отеля.

Ставлю низкую оценку и сразу хочу оговориться, что даже два балла эта "экскурсия" заработала благодаря водителю, который старался изо всех сил и взял на себя, в меру своих возможностей, и организационную и экскурсионную часть. Наш выбор именно этого агенства экскурсоводов был обусловлен тем, что: 1) в организационных деталях поездки был указан гид-переводчик-"Важно: экскурсии в доменах проводятся на английском языке, но с вами будет профессиональный гид, который всё переведёт на русский" 2) "Экскурсию для вас проведёт один из гидов нашей команды", а значит, в моем понимании, расскажет, даст доп. информацию, будет не просто перевод. За нами приехал водитель Вадим (кстати, прекрасный водитель-профи и интересный собеседник!!!) но не экскурсовод! Экскурсовода не было, не было и гида-переводчика. Вадим очень старался найти нам русскоговорящего представителя на винодельнях, на одной даже повезло. Английским владеем, но не в той степени, чтобы можно было свободно общаться по вопросу виноделия-есть своя терминология. В общем, данная компания предоставила комфортабельный трансфер за 948 евро на двоих, что, на мой взгляд, слишком дорого. Спасибо Вадиму, общее впечатление от поездки осталось позитивным.

Были на винном туре в Шабли- всё очень понравилось! Автомобиль приехал точно в назначенное время, комфортный минивэн. Несмотря на плохую погоду, экскурсия прошла замечательно. Отдельная благодарность нашему гиду-водителю Юни за интересную поездку и отличное настроение.

На мой взгляд посещение четырёх винных домов избыточно. В каждом доме информация повторяется и с третьего посещения уже не хочется слушать про минерализацию почвы. Дегустация вин четырех домов, а это около 25 хороших вин, затрудняет их оценку, даже при минимальном потреблении. К исполнителям претензий нет, а организация требует корректировки

Спасибо огромное за организацию поездки, получил максимум положительных эмоций. Хотел бы отдельно поблагодарить водителя Юни за высокий уровень сервиса, тактичность, очень внимательный, уважительный, располагающий человек. Поездка с ним была очень комфортной и приятной. Давно не были в Париже, экскурсией очень довольны.
