Описание

Наша ферма находится в живописном месте недалеко от реки Мзымта. Вы увидите жителей фермы и узнаете много интересного об этих созданиях. Почувствуете неповторимый вкус икры улиток и эскарго, попробуете лучшие местные вина, сыры, хурмовую чачу. И, если захотите, посадите на себя живую улитку.

Что вас ожидает

Вы увидите очаровательных улиток — больших серых (Helix Aspera Maxima) и малых (Helix Aspersa Müller). Мы расскажем интересные факты об этих брюхоногих моллюсках — как они размножаются и живут.

Расположитесь в уютной беседке после экскурсии вас ждёт уютная беседка с изысканным угощением: суп «Том Ям», эскарго, икра улиток «жемчуг Афродиты» и паштет из печени улиток. К ним — сырная тарелка, местные соления, бамбук, черемша, лопух и выдержанное в дубовых бочках вино с собственной винодельни. Для детей — домашний лимонад или компот из свежих фруктов.

Желающие испытают на себе улиточный массаж — наши подопечные выделяют полезный муцин, богатый витаминами, коллагеном и другими полезными веществами. Муцин оказывает на кожу омолаживающее и противовоспалительное действия.

Детям по желанию можем подарить живую улитку.

На ферме обитают кошки, утки, кролики и два козлика Бурской породы — Алик и Филя. Вы можете привезти для них вкусняшки.

Зимой улиток на ферме меньше, чем в тёплое время года. Программа экскурсии не изменится, но нам важно обратить ваше внимание на такую сезонную особенность

Организационные детали

  • Трансфер заберёт вас из отеля в радиусе Адлера и ФТ Сириус. Из Сочи нужно добраться на электропоезде Ласточка до аэропорта или ж/д станции «Адлер», оттуда мы отвезём вас до фермы на своём автомобиле (Ford Focus или Nissan Urvan на 12 мест)
  • Программа подойдёт и взрослым, и детям. До 6 лет бесплатно, до 15 лет — доплата 1000 ₽

Хочу выразить благодарность за проведение и организацию данной экскурсии. Все было проведено по душевному по домашнему. Получено очень много новой информации об улитках и их разведении. Рекомендую экскурсию для тех, кто хочет попробовать для себя что-то новое и необычное, как том ям из улиток, запеченные улитки, масса необычных и вкусных закусок, икра улитки, паштет из печени улиток и вишенка на торте,вы будете дегустировать все с различными винами и настойками домашнего приготовления 👌🏻👍🏻

Мне очень повезло, я попала не просто на гастротур, а на мастер класс! Т. е. была экскурсия, а потом под чутким руководством Василия мы готовили несколько блюд из улиток, было очень увлекательно! Василий очень вкусно напоил и накормил, самый радушный хозяин! Рекомендую от души, и как гастротур и как мастер-класс выбирайте кому что ближе! Спасибо огромное, Василию, за его труд!

Были на экскурсии семьей, дочь 11 лет в восторге. Экскурсия началась с домашнего вина и сока из фейхоа))) Дегустация превзошла все ожидания, все напитки и разносолы домашнего приготовления. Все вкусно и безопасно. Информация новая, интересная. Улитки милые, получили в подарок двух питомцев. Василию огромное спасибо!
