Описание

Наша ферма находится в живописном месте недалеко от реки Мзымта. Вы увидите жителей фермы и узнаете много интересного об этих созданиях. Почувствуете неповторимый вкус икры улиток и эскарго, попробуете лучшие местные вина, сыры, хурмовую чачу. И, если захотите, посадите на себя живую улитку.

Что вас ожидает

Вы увидите очаровательных улиток — больших серых (Helix Aspera Maxima) и малых (Helix Aspersa Müller). Мы расскажем интересные факты об этих брюхоногих моллюсках — как они размножаются и живут.

Расположитесь в уютной беседке после экскурсии вас ждёт уютная беседка с изысканным угощением: суп «Том Ям», эскарго, икра улиток «жемчуг Афродиты» и паштет из печени улиток. К ним — сырная тарелка, местные соления, бамбук, черемша, лопух и выдержанное в дубовых бочках вино с собственной винодельни. Для детей — домашний лимонад или компот из свежих фруктов.

Желающие испытают на себе улиточный массаж — наши подопечные выделяют полезный муцин, богатый витаминами, коллагеном и другими полезными веществами. Муцин оказывает на кожу омолаживающее и противовоспалительное действия.

Детям по желанию можем подарить живую улитку.

Зимой улиток на ферме меньше, чем в тёплое время года. Программа экскурсии не изменится, но нам важно обратить ваше внимание на такую сезонную особенность

Организационные детали

  • Трансфер заберёт вас из отеля в радиусе Адлера и ФТ Сириус. Из Сочи нужно добраться на электропоезде Ласточка до аэропорта или ж/д станции «Адлер», оттуда мы отвезём вас до фермы на своём автомобиле (Ford Focus или Nissan Urvan). Программа подойдёт и взрослым, и детям. До 6 лет бесплатно, до 12 лет — доплата 1000 ₽

Рекомендую экскурсию, Василий организатор очень веселый и гостеприимный , рассказал про улиток , вкусно накормил закускам собственного производства и напоил домашним вином

В Сочи бываем раз в году , уже везде были , хотелось новых впечатлений-решили должно быть интересно как для взрослых, так и для ребенка 8 лет . Мы были зимой , и понятно , что природа спит, но улиток показали, и рассказали очень много интересного , но самое главное дали попробовать том ям с улитками , эскарго , икру и печень улиток - до этого улиток не пробовали , муж до экскурсии вообще скептически отнесся и сказал , что вряд ли ему понравится и вообще не хотел ехать . Но попробовав всё, с такой красивой подачей и приятной компанией- нам очень понравилось. Это интересное и вкусное блюдо , нам напомнило грибы . Новые впечатления и воспоминания мы получили)))Ребёнок тоже остался очень доволен , т.к. подарили двух улиток . Всем советую эту экскурсию, положительные эмоции и новые впечатления обеспечены!!!

Интересная экскурсия с очень вкусным ужином, с отличным вином, с интересным гидом. Василий рассказал много интересного про улиток, показал как они растут, как живут. Мы собирали хурму прямо с дерева, ели том-ям из улиток, пробовали домашнее вино и чачу. Все это происходило под приятную беседу. Среди всех экскурсий эта была самая не обычная. Напоследок мне подарили двух улиток. Теперь у меня добавилось домашних питомцев. Рекомендую всем попасть на улиточную ферму к очень гостеприимному хозяину Василию.

Очень понравилось ! Было необычно и вкусно! Помимо улиток, еще и хурму с дерева пособирали!Еще и двух улиточек с собой подарили! Спасибо большое за экскурсию -накормили , напоили , домой доставили !
