Описание

Эта экскурсия — возможность оказаться в святых местах и прочувствовать себя и свои желания. Вы встретите завораживающий рассвет там, где Моисей получил скрижали с заповедями. Побываете в монастыре Святой Екатерины — одном из старейших непрерывно действующих христианских храмов в мире — и увидите ту самую Неопалимую Купину.

Что вас ожидает

  • На комфортабельном автомобиле мы отправимся к горе Синай. Там Моисей провёл 40 дней и ночей и получил скрижали Завета, на которых, согласно Библии, были начертаны 10 заповедей.
  • Далее с проводником-бедуином под звёздным небом мы начнём восхождение длиною в 7 километров. Конечная часть пути — 700 ступеней. По легенде, прошедшим этот путь прощаются все грехи. Волнительные минуты ожидания — и вы увидите чарующий восход солнца.
  • Спустившись с горы, мы попадём в монастырь Святой Екатерины. Там осмотрим оливковый сад, Неопалимую Купину и колодец Моисея, посетим базилику Преображения и колокольню. Монастырь знаменит огромным собранием икон и библиотекой рукописей, уступающей по историческому значению только Ватиканской библиотеке.
  • В поездке гид расскажет о главных святынях Синая, Великомученице Екатерине и истории монастыря. Объяснит, почему храм защищал сам пророк Мухаммед и отчего гора Синай является священной для трёх монотеистических религий.

Спасибо большое, идеальный вариант посещения Синая! Комфортный, новый микроавтобус, путевой информации и исторического материала было достаточно, но возможно кому-то захочется более подробного рассказа, уверена, что Мохаммед сможет ответить на все ваши вопросы. На самом деле - это больше про испытание, чем про экскурсию. Учитывайте свои физические возможности. Наш проводник был палочкой-выручалочкой, подстраивался под наш темп, подбадривал, отвечал на все вопросы, отлично понимает по-русски, боюсь ошибиться, но кажется его звали Ахмед. Подъем вверх у нас занял 3 часа. Нам повезло, на горе было не очень холодно. Еще раз повезло, когда между облаков мы смогли увидеть рассвет. Не забывайте, что гарантировать чистое небо не может ни один гид. Спуск и подъем - 30 000 шагов. Монастырь Екатерины посетили :) Из-за того, что никого ждать не нужно, мы сразу же отправились в гостиницу. Не планируйте ничего на следующий день, оставьте себе день на восстановление :)))
