Описание

Зову вас в уникальное гастрономическое путешествие, где не будет места мясу. Вас ждут исключительно веганские заведения — от уютных семейных кафе до небольших локалок при храмах. Мы посетим нетуристический рынок: обсудим съедобные травы, местные фрукты и овощи. Оценим дуриан и веганскую версию Фо. А ещё поговорим о буддизме у стоп Леди Будды в культовом храме на горе Сон Тра.

Что вас ожидает

  • Начнём наше приключение с завтрака! А именно — с тарелочки Фо в веганской версии. Его предлагают в одном секретном месте — уютном семейном кафе неподалеку от Мраморных гор.
  • Посетим Мраморные горы — одну из самых знаменитых достопримечательностей Центрального Вьетнама. Вы погуляете по живописным холмам, на которых расположено множество древних пещер и буддийских храмов. Полюбуетесь шикарными видами и зайдёте в храмовые локалки, где подают растительную пищу.
  • Сделаем перерыв на кофе. Я предложу вам попробовать веганскую версию всемирно известного азиатского Bubble Tea.
  • Отправимся в самый красивый храм на горе Сон Тра и у стоп статуи Леди Будды поговорим об истории буддизма.
  • Посетим местный рынок и оценим легендарный фрукт дуриан. Вы узнаете, почему два раза в месяц каждый вьетнамец отказывается от мяса.

Были с мужем на экскурсии «Веганский Дананг». Посмотрели не тиражные места, которые без Елены вряд ли бы нашли. Традиционные достопримечательности посетили тоже. Всё без суеты! Узнали много нюансов о жизни во Вьетнаме. Елена отличный гид и очень приятный человек!!!
