Описание

В нескольких километрах от Рима есть знаменитый античный город Остия, который по своей исторической значимости и сохранности ничем не уступает Помпеям и Геркулануму! Сегодня это — самый значительный археологический комплекс в римских окрестностях, и я предлагаю вам его посетить.

На протяжении семи веков Остия являлась единственным портом вблизи Рима, располагавшимся вблизи моря, в устье Тибра. Это была главная морская гавань столицы империи: через него в Рим попадали все необходимые товары и именно здесь базировался римский военный флот. Поездка в Остию позволит увидеть раскопанный в ХIХ веке город.

Программа

Во время нашей экскурсии вы узнаете историю возникновения и расцвета этого уникального античного города.

  • Мы пройдемся по мощеным дорогам и отлично сохранившимся улицам и проспектам Остии.
  • Обязательно заглянем в термы Нептуна со знаменитыми мозаиками, посетим амфитеатр I века до нашей эры, некрополь, и даже форум с Капитолием.
  • Увидим знаменитые древние инсулы, ставшие прообразом современных многоквартирных домов.
  • Убедимся что в Римской Империи мирно уживались представители различных религиозных конфессий, о чем свидетельствуют храмы, обнаруженные во время раскопок: несколько храмов, посвященных римским богам, синагога, христианская базилика и множество храмов, посвященных персидскому богу Митре.

  • Отдельно оплачиваются входные билеты (10 евро).
  • По вашему желанию на обратном пути (за дополнительную плату) можем посетить неподалеку расположенные торговые комплексы: аутлет “Да Винчи” и “Парко Леонардо”.

Я бронировал поездку. Экскурсовод очень грубый, постоянно раздражен, запрещает, чтобы он попал в кадр. Может быть он в розыске, не знаю. Всю информацию о древнем городе приходится вытягивать из него вопросами. Постоянно повторяет, что он не обязан отвечать дважды, если мы не поняли. Экскурсовод должен быть увлечённым своим делом.

Гид Сергей. Спокойный, опытный и доброжелательный человек. Много знает и рассказывает, открыл нам много совершенно для нас нового, заботился о том, чтобы мы не перегрелись.

Отличная экскурсия. Как по содержанию, так и по организации. Сергей - эрудированный гид, приятный рассказчик, тактичный человек. Понравилось очень и детям, и взрослым. Настоятельно рекомендую данную экскурсию как приятную альтернативу шумным городским достопримечательностям.

Для тех кто самостоятельно не хочет заморачиваться по поводу маршрута, содержания маршрута и подготовки к нему - это самое то.

Масса впечатляющей информации и наблюдений вне сутолоки Рима. Интересно было и детям и взрослым.
