Описание
Любимая ягода во Владимире, ставшая символом города, — это вишня. От неё пошёл целый промысел, а затем и питейная культура. Чтобы вы разобрались в её тонкостях, поговорим о различных сортах вишни, Невежинской рябине и знаменитой наливке. Затем вы попробуете 5 местных напитков, а гид расскажет, почему «выпив браги, девушки отправлялись к холостым иконописцам».
Что вас ожидает
«И я там был…» — прогулка по городу
- Начнём с любования владимирскими кручами, где росли вишнёвые сады. «Когда эти сады цвели, город приобретал особое провинциальное очарование», — так про них писал Герцен
- Заприметим и реку Клязьму, которая славилась своей стерлядью
- Из парка мы выйдем на широкую улицу, часть Московско-Нижегородского торгового тракта
- Рассмотрим наши Торговые ряды и обсудим владимирских купцов
- Зайдем в Дом купца Белова: он был знаменит своей колбасой и даже потом работал у Микояна на комбинате в Москве!
«Мёд-пиво пил» — дегустация в гастробаре
Чтобы вы в полной мере прочувствовали вкус и запах города, мы устроим для вас дегустацию 5 владимирских напитков. Мёд питейный, мёд ставленый, наливка из владимирских вишен, дистиллят со вкусом вишнёвой косточки, рябина на коньяке — все они приготовлены на основе исторических рецептов. Закусывать будем тоже нашими гастрономическими изысками! А ещё обсудим:
- Как во Владимире появилась вишня и какие были сорта, что делали с вишнёвым урожаем
- Чем жили и как торговали местные купцы
- Как появилась медовуха и в чем отличие наливки от настойки
- Что выращивали в нашей земле, что такое почистки и капустник
- Из каких рюмок пили и в чём наливки подавали
- Чем трактир отличается от ренскового погреба и почему говорят «ходить под мухой»

- Эксурсию для вас проведёт один из гидов нашей команды
- К участию допускаются только гости старше 18 лет
- Продолжительность пешеходной части примерно 40 минут. Но по вашему желанию можно всё время провести в заведении — тогда будет краткий рассказ прямо на месте
- В стоимость входят: сет из 5 напитков (мёд питейный, мёд ставленый, наливка из владимирских вишен, дистиллят со вкусом вишневой косточки, рябина на коньяке) и сет из закусок. По вашему желанию можно дополнительно заказать еду, например, наш знаменитый салат «Клязьма»

Было очень интересно узнать о гастрономических традициях Владимира. Татьяна очень профессиональный гид. Дегустация проходила в лучшем в городе месте, где изготавливают напитки по старинным рецептам.
