Описание

Майами считается одним из лучших мест не только для путешествий, но и для жизни в США. В этой поездке я покажу вам и туристическую часть города, и популярные районы для местных. Вы увидите, как здесь уживаются иммигранты и миллионеры, небоскрёбы и «одноэтажная Америка», шедевры мирового искусства и стрит-арт. Поймёте, насколько Майами колоритный и, возможно, тоже немного влюбитесь.

Что вас ожидает

  • Майами-Бич. Эту улицу вы могли видеть в десятках известных фильмов и сериалов — «Лицо со шрамом», «Декстер», «Американская история преступлений». На самой южной точке Майами-Бич сделаем остановку и вы полюбуетесь видами
  • Даунтаун. Вы узнаете, почему за последние годы город стремительно вырос в высоту и где искать творения таких звёздных архитекторов, как Заха Хадид и Карлос Отт, а также бюро «Херцог и де Мёрон»
  • Маленькая Гавана. На главной улице района я угощу вас кофе и расскажу, как здесь живут кубинцы и как они оказались на чужих берегах. В знаменитом кубинском ресторане, который посещали несколько президентов США, вы (по желанию) попробуете кубинскую выпечку
  • Винвуд. Самое творческое место города. Рассмотрим студии, галереи, авторские рестораны и стены с муралами и граффити
  • Дизайн-дистрикт. Вы окунётесь в мир высокой моды, великолепной архитектуры и дизайна.

Во второй части поездки мы посетим лучшие районы для постоянного проживания в Майами:

  • Санни-Айлс-Бич. Современные здания от ведущих архитектурных бюро и дизайнеров. Дом, где автомобили паркуются прямо в квартирах, вплоть до 60 этажа
  • Голден-Бич — частные дома стоят прямо на берегу Атлантического океана, что делает это место одним из самых дорогих в Большом Майами
  • Авентура. Отличная инфраструктура, один из самых больших моллов в стране, поля для гольфа. Каналы и причалы для яхт прямо во дворе многоэтажных домов
  • Бэл-Харбор. Один из двух самых дорогих торговых центров Майами для премиального шоппинга
  • Серфсайд. Здесь находится один из самых приватных и дорогих островов в США — «Бункер миллиардеров», где дома купили Джеф Безос, Иванка Трамп, Том Брэди и другие
  • Коконат-Грув — один из старейших районов Майами. Место, где город начинает превращаться в тропические заросли
  • Корал-Гейблс — город с величественными банианами, красивыми рощами и каналами

  • Экскурсия проводится на автомобиле Tesla (до 3-4 человек) или на новом минивэне Toyota Sienna (до 6-7 человек). Если у вас есть предпочтения по транспорту, пожалуйста, сообщите до бронирования.
  • Я заберу вас из отеля в центральном Майами или Майами-Бич. Если вы остановились в других районах или городах, уточните условия трансфера перед бронированием

Вот итоговый отзыв с добавлением про Маленькую Гавану и кофе: --- «Отличная экскурсия по Большому Майами — именно то, что нужно, чтобы реально понять масштаб и характер города. Ездили на автомобиле — было очень интересно. Наш гид провёз нас по всем знаковым точкам огромного Майами. Мы увидели не только сам Майами, но и Майами-Бич с его легендарной набережной и ар-деко, утончённый Корал-Гейблс, зелёную Кокосовую Гроув и колоритные латиноамериканские кварталы. Отдельное спасибо за Маленькую Гавану — гид показал её настоящую, живую, а потом угостил лучшим кофе в Майами. Это было здорово. Маршрут построен так, что город раскрывается постепенно — от гламурного побережья до жилых районов, где чувствуется настоящая жизнь. Гид грамотно распределил время: мы успели и выйти подышать океанским воздухом, и сделать нормальные фото, и рассмотреть красивые особняки знаменитостей. Никакой «гонки» — спокойный, содержательный темп. Кондиционер в машине работал отлично, в пробках гид рассказывал интересные истории про историю и развитие Большого Майами, а не просто отбывал номер. Итог: если вам нужен не поверхностный «галоп», а полноценное знакомство с Большим Майами, его районами, береговой линией и атмосферой — эту экскурсию очень рекомендую. Спасибо гиду!»

Замечательная экскурсия, 7 часов пролетели на одном дыхании, увидели и узнали много интересного о Майами. Кроме того, Артем прекрасный рассказчик, очень интеллигентный, эрудированный и приятный в общении человек.

Нам повезло побывать на обзорной экскурсии у Артема. Удалось ознакомиться с главными районами, а прогулка и кофе брейк в Маленькой Гаване - в самое сердце! Много информации, исторических фактов, советов и рекомендаций! Для себя наметили локации в которые вернемся самостоятельно для более полного «погружения» .

Артем, спасибо Вам за великолепную, познавательную, содержательную и увлекательную экскурсию по Майами. Несмотря на наше ограниченное время, Мы узнали много интересного, начиная с истории основания Майами и до настоящего времени, нам все очень понравилось. Ваш авто и манера езды на наивысшем уровне, там где необходимо, Вы ехали медленно чтобы мы успели разглядеть объекты и сфотографировать их. А те фотографии, которые Вы нас фотографировали на мой телефон когда мы останавливались, получились прекрасными, с хорошо подобранным фоном. Отдельное спасибо Вам за то что вы нас встретили в аэропорту. Это очень приятно, ведь мы в Майами были в первый раз и у нас был вечерний рейс домой в Казахстан, через Стамбул. Мы много путешествуем и почти везде гуляем с гидом. Без сомнений, Вы - один из лучших по всему миру. Спасибо!
