Описание

Кимры — редкий пример богатого села, ставшего городом лишь в 1918 году и сохранившего уникальный деревянный модерн. Вы пройдёте по старым площадям и улицам, увидите купеческие дома, набережную Волги и узнаете, как сапожное производство прославило город. Эта прогулка — разговор о расцвете, утрате и цене исторической памяти.

Что вас ожидает

  • Театральная площадь. За 100 лет она изменилась до неузнаваемости, и я покажу вам её прежний облик на старинных фотографиях
  • Майская площадь — место, отражающее смену эпох: сегодня здесь установлен памятник авиаконструктору Андрею Туполеву, а ранее стоял памятник Сталину
  • Улицы Урицкого и Кирова. Мы пройдём среди зданий конца 19 — начала 20 века — образцов эклектичного модерна, сохранивших черты купеческого прошлого в камне и дереве
  • Памятник кимрскому сапожнику. Увидим символ города, который прославил Кимры как столицу сапожного производства
  • Набережная Волги — полюбуемся видами на мост и заречные просторы.
  • Московская улица — здесь осмотрим образцы советского деревянного модерна

Организационные детали

  • Мы начнём в центре города: если вас больше 3 человек, до него вам надо добраться самостоятельно. Если вас 1-3 человека, гид встретит вас на ж/д вокзале на своём авто
  • Экскурсия пешеходная, но транспорт понадобится, чтобы доехать до храмов и Советской улицы. Для групп от 4 человек нужен заказ такси (оплачивается отдельно). Возможен заказ микроавтобуса за доплату

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность нашему экскурсоводу Виктору за удивительную прогулку по Кимрам! Никакой скучной лекционной информации. Рассказ изобиловал уникальными и малоизвестными историческими фактами, которые держали наше внимание от первой до последней минуты. Виктор показывал нам старые фотографии города, и было интересно сравнивать исторические снимки с тем, как эти же места выглядят сейчас. Это помогло буквально совершить путешествие во времени! Искренне рекомендую именно этого гида.

Огромное спасибо Виктору Ивановичу за чудесную прогулку по городу, за интересный рассказ истории, за адаптированную подачу материала, так чтобы всем было интересно. Хочется вернуться. И очень хочется увидеть отреставрированные Кимры в которых кипит жизнь занятых свои дедом людей ❤️

Такое ощущение, что Виктору неинтересна тема. Понравились старинные фото и то, что Виктор показывал их с места, откуда их делали. Но весь рассказ какой-то вялый. Закончили на 30 минут раньше. Стало скучно и, похоже, Виктору уже нечего было рассказывать.
