Описание

Приглашаю вас на неспешную прогулку по историческому центру Калининграда. Помимо посещения основных достопримечательностей, вы узнаете всё о гастрономических вкусах жителей Кёнингсберга, откроете для себя мир современной кухни и, конечно, попробуете местные блюда. Осторожно: экскурсия вызывает аппетит!

Что вас ожидает

  • Руины Королевского замка, в котором находился знаменитый на всю Европу винный ресторан «Кровавый суд»
  • Остров Канта, где после неспешной прогулки по парку и изучения кафедрального собора мы заглянем в «Кухню де Прусс» за свежими бриошами с сельдью
  • Синагога с кошерной столовой и сиротский приют
  • Набережная Рыбной деревни, где мы возьмём ароматный кофе или глинтвейн (актуально в осенне-зимний сезон) и традиционный прусский брецель
  • Домик смотрителя (Музей открыток). По дороге обсудим рецепты знаменитых кёнигсберских клопсов. Расскажу, где найти те самые в Калининграде

Прогулка будет посвящена местной кухне и её развитию от времён Восточной Пруссии до наших дней. Но за разговорами о высоком кулинарном искусстве мы с вами обсудим и основные события в истории Кёнигсберга и Калининградской области.

Когда человек, рассказывая о городе, использует слово "мы" ("мы построили", "мы установили") - это, как мне кажется, говорит о большой любви к городу и любви к своей профессии. Дмитрия было очень интересно и "вкусно" слушать! Спасибо, Дмитрий, за экскурсию! Спасибо за "вкус" Калининграда!
