Вы познакомитесь с корейским бытом и пообщаетесь с интересными людьми, увлечёнными гастрономией и творчеством.

Что вас ожидает

Вы узнаете об особенностях национальной кулинарии, выясните, какие ингредиенты лежат в основе многих корейских блюд, откроете для себя некоторые секреты их приготовления. Под чутким руководством хозяек вы приготовите нэнмён, пибимпаб, разные салаты и закуски. А после накроем стол и вместе пообедаем.

В домашней атмосфере, располагающей к тёплым беседам, мы поговорим об истории и быте корейцев во Владивостоке и других темах, которые будут интересны компании.

Отличный мастер- класс! Мы с удовольствием провели время рядом с Игорем и его замечательной супругой Аней! Под её чутким руководством мы в течении часа освоили приготовление сытного и питательного блюда БИБИМПАБ. А потом с удовольствием провели дегустацию этого блюда приготовленное собственными руками! Спасибо ❤️

В июле были на мастер-классе. Игорь интересно рассказал про историю корейцев в России, про особенности жизни корейцев в советский и пост-советский период. А под руководсьвом его жены мы приготовили классное блюдо, потом все вместе мы его продегустировали (опять же под рассках об особенностях корейской кухни, воспитании детей в корейских семьях...) и нам даже с собой в одноразовые лоточки положили наше кулинарное творение (мы еще и дома поужинали пригитовленным блюдом. Прим. мы были на мастер-классе вдвоем, такой индивидуальный формат вообще классно!)

Мы с семьей решили подарить мастер-класс моему брату на 14 лет, подумали, что это будет отличной идеей для сплочения семьи. Игорь и его семья нам рассказали историю улицы, на которой мы находились, про корейскую жизнь, культуру, кухню. Время пролетело незаметно, мы готовили национальное корейское блюдо со всеми его секретами. Мастер-класс превзошел все наши ожидания, было очень уютно, интересно, весело, и, самое главное, познавательно и вкусно. С удовольствием порекомендуем нашим друзьям.
