Описание

Это экскурсия для начинающих гедонистов, гурманов и ценителей вина. Мы отправимся в два главных города винной Бургундии — Бон и Дижон. Туда, где традиции виноделия встречаются с увлекательной историей. Я познакомлю вас с ними через рассказы и дегустации. Важная деталь: винодельни, которые я вам покажу, открывают двери только профессионалам по запросу — иначе туда не попасть!

Что вас ожидает

Бон

  • Basilique Notre-Dame de Beaune — романский храм с элементами готики — одно из главных религиозных сооружений города (витражи 13 века и коллекция уникальных гобеленов)
  • Hospice de Beaune (Hôtel-Dieu) — шедевр готической архитектуры и знаковая фигура для бургундского виноделия: у госпиталя есть свои виноградники, и он организует ежегодные благотворительные винные аукционы уже несколько веков
  • Прогулка по городу: маленькие улочки, большие винодельческие дома с известными именами и старинные средневековые капеллы

Далее отправимся на одну из местных виноделен (Rene Bouvier / Patrick Javiller / другая в зависимости от доступности), где вы узнаете больше о производстве вина, попробуете разные сорта и прогуляетесь по территории винодельни.

Дижон

  • Jardin Botanique de l’Arquebuse — красивый уютный ботанический сад рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом. Здесь вы увидите богатую коллекцию растений, а также небольшой зоопарк и музей естественной истории
  • Международный центр гастрономии и вина — новый гастрономически-образовательный центр с уникальной винотекой, в которой можно попробовать 50+ образцов вин, закупиться сувенирами и местными товарами
  • Прогулка по городу: собор Сан-Мишель, Нотр-Дам де Дижон, Музей горчицы, дворец герцогов Бургундии

Кому подойдёт эта экскурсия

Неискушённым любителям вина и не профессионалам, но ценителям гастрономии и качественных напитков. Тем, кто интересуется историей гедонизма и региона, но в этих краях впервые или первый раз исследует эту грань Бургундии.

Организационные детали

  • Это пешеходное путешествие, но между локациями мы будем передвигаться на поезде (15–20 минут — один переезд, всего в дороге — не больше 1,5 часов). Билеты включены в стоимость
  • Единственное, что оплачивается дополнительно по меню, это последний опциональный пункт программы
  • До Бона вам нужно добраться самостоятельно. Если вы путешествуете без машины, то можно воспользоваться сервисом Blablacar. На поезде удобнее добраться до Дижона и начать программу оттуда

Огромная благодарность Марии за невероятно интересную и познавательную экскурсию, мы действительно получили удовольствие, погружаясь в мир гедонизма. Обязательно рекомендую к посещению. Мария очень веселая и легкая в общении, мы как будто провели день со своей подругой. С ней хочется встретиться еще не раз. P.s. запасайтесь местом в чемоданах, вина захочется привезти домой много. ;)

Это был чудесный день с прекрасной Марией. Мы получили полное представление о Бургундии как винодельческом регионе в сочетании с большим количеством исторических и культурологических фактов. При заказе я попросила Марию уделить основное внимание виноделию и виноградарству, результат превзошел все наши ожидания: индивидуальный тур по винодельне, знакомство с ее собственником, подробный рассказ про вина с дегустацией текущего урожая из бочек и самых интересных бутылок других винтажей. Мария моментально откликается на все запросы, предлагает лучшие варианты, мы остались в полном восторге 😊

Шикарная экскурсия, прелестнейший гид Мария (очень жаль, что подобных экскурсий единицы). В мероприятии было замечательно все от встречи и маршрута, что важно, потому что было очень жарко, а в компании был человек в уважительном возрасте, до историй и тайминга. Еще до начала мероприятия Мария очень подробно все нам объяснила и что для нас было чрезвычайно важно помогла разобраться с транспортом (за это ей 10 раз огромное спасибо), на протяжении всего времени нам повествовалась интересная информация, маршрут был составлен с учетом наших пожеланий и даже в +38 преодалелся на одном дыхании. Отдельного внимания заслуживает Мария как замечательный человек, прекрасная девушка и очень терпеливый экскурсовод)))

Замечательная экскурсия! Мы ничуть не пожалели, что выбрали ее и познакомились с Марией - приятным человеком и тонким знатоком всего, что связано с виноделием. Все было вкусно и чрезвычайно интересно. Благодарим Марию и желаем успехов в любимом деле!
