Описание

Я познакомлю вас с ревитализацией — оживлением промышленных территорий с учётом их исторической идентичности. В Товариществе Рябовской мануфактуры это выполнено особенно точно — заводской опыт наполняет архитектуру важными деталями. Вы увидите, как на месте бывших производств расцветают современные локации, и узнаете, какими новыми функциями наделены старинные здания.

Что вас ожидает

Мы окажемся на территории заводского квартала, история которого начинается на рубеже 19–20 веков. В разные годы здесь делали ткани и изразцы, разрабатывали технические приборы и создавали керамику для первых станций метро. А недавно на этом месте открылось новое общественное пространство.

  • Вы соберёте коллекцию из следов изменений квартала и отсылок к прошлому на фасадах зданий
  • Изучите современные материалы, которые используются для преображения заводских территорий
  • Отыщете новые функции в восстановленных корпусах 1900–1960-х годов

У Дарья на экскурсии были с сестрой первый раз. Экскурсовода отличает активная коммуникация с клиентами (часто на экскурсиях бывает, что не успеваешь и вопрос задать). Присутствует ненавязчивый интерактив-медиация, я бы сказала)) Думаю, каждому приятно, когда ты можешь стать соучастником процесса, при этом получив новые знания. Рассказ также подкрепляется иллюстрациями «как было». Видно, что Дарья человек с широким кругозором и эрудицией. Экскурсию советую всем, даже детям можно.

Я узнала много нового. Все понятно изложено и место очень красивое. Стильное модное и молодежное. Экскурсия помогает ответить себе на внутренние вопросы. Я даже не могу передать, как я удивилась в конце экскурсии. Это место было очень значимым в студентческие годы. И я о нем забыла. И это стало приятным послевкусием, состоящим из воспоминаний.

Все отлично.Было интересно и познавательно. Самое главное что экскурсовод заинтересован в подаваемом материале, а также задаёт интересные вопросы "на подумать". Материал не постный и подойдёт любому. Пеший маршрут несложный,но есть места где можно посидеть - отдохнуть.Экскурсия прошла динамично,что даже не заметили как прошло время
