Описание

Санкт-Петербург знаменит, прежде всего, своими дворцами, соборами и храмами, формирующими узнаваемый облик города. Однако есть в городе несколько островов, которые отличаются от привычного исторического центра: Каменный и Аптекарский. Это самобытные районы с особой атмосферой. Приглашаю познакомиться с ними поближе!

Что вас ожидает

Каменный остров
Его ещё называют петербургской Рублёвкой. Здесь много зелени и воды, нет застройки «единою фасадою», вместо неё — старинные дачи и особняки. На нашем пути:

  • Дача Гаусвальд – одно из самых кинематографичных зданий Петербурга
  • Старинный деревянный театр, в котором спустя практически 200 лет дают представления
  • Необычный храм в неоготическом стиле, рядом с которым находилось кладбище мальтийских рыцарей
  • Улица Лунных кошек – фантом на карте Санкт-Петербурга
  • Роскошный особняк, который прозвали «сахарной головой»
  • Живописная пристань и сфинксы с неоднозначной историей
  • Особняки знатных дворян, богатых промышленников и банкиров

Аптекарский остров
Этот район — смесь из парков и скверов, дач, имперской застройки и социализма, а также научных кластеров и творческих мастерских. Здесь мы увидим:

  • Деревянную дачу богатейшего лесопромышленника и ботаника-энтузиаста Громова
  • Место, где была взорвана дача Столыпина
  • Действующую мастерскую художника в старинном флигеле
  • Один из самых прогрессивных доходных домов дореволюционного Петербурга и элитный дом Ленинграда 1930-х гг.
  • Роскошный особняк знаменитой актрисы и состоятельного театрала
  • Дом, где трагически погиб известный на весь мир художник, защищая свои картины
  • Современный жилой комплекс на месте мистического петербургского долгостроя
  • Реку Карповку, где никогда не водились карпы
  • «Ленполиграфмаш» — общественное пространство и технопарк на территории завода с богатой историей. Здесь выпускали разнообразнейшую продукцию: от сигаретных гильз и полиграфических машин до пулемётов «Максим»

Влюблены в этот маршрут! Признаюсь, думали: «Ну что ещё можно показать в Питере?». А оказалось — можно!
