Приглашаем вас исполнить свою детскую мечту и погулять по фабрике со сладостями! Вы попробуете шоколад и узнаете, как его производят. Осмотрите новейшее оборудование и узнаете историю марципана. Сделаете конфеты и попробуете поймать всех гномиков, которые здесь живут.

Что вас ожидает

  • Экскурс в историю. Поговорим о марципане, фабрике и тех традициях, которых мы придерживаемся
  • Фабричная зона. Вы осмотрите новейшее оборудование и изучите процессы работы
  • Дегустация сладостей, на которой вы познакомитесь с разными вкусами марципана и выберете своего фаворита. А также поучаствуете в викторине со сладкими призами
  • Мастер-класс по марципану. Вы узнаете тонкости приготовления конфет: что такое вырубка, какими бывают формы и какие технические характеристики нужно учитывать в работе. А дальше создадите своё творение! Готовые конфеты завернём в красивую фирменную упаковку
  • Магазин с продукцией фабрики Pomatti. Его преимущество в том, что на витринах только свежайшая продукция. Каждое утро мы обновляем ассортимент

В целом не плохое развлечение для разнообразия среди экскурсий - можно полепить собственные сладости, угоститься, конечно, купить сувениры из марципана. По производству, вообщем-то ничего особенно не видно, что и понятно - гигиена и безопасность на производстве. Можно было бы добавить интерактивный фильм, где было бы более наглядно для детей.

Очень советую! Понравилось и детям, и взрослым. Программа насыщенная и разнообразная: интересная экскурсия с историей марципана и его производства, показали цех (который просто супер - современный и стерильный), прекрасная дегустация и мастер-класс, где все поработали кондитерами и на выходе получили сувенир в виде своего уникального марципана. У меня - флакон Шанель №5)) Единственный момент - надо учитывать, что фабрика находится не в Калининграде, а хорошо так за городом, здорово, что я это заметила не в день экскурсии, а накануне)
