С большим интересом и полным неведением (первый раз) посетили классическую чайную церемонию в день рождения супруга. Это оказалось занимательным, познавательным, вкусным, медитативным времяпрепровождением. Были приятно удивлены, некоторые мифы о представлении, что такое чайная церемония были разрушены. Удалось продегустировать разные сорта чая, от светлых до темных, сравнить вкусы не только сортов, а вкусы сорта чая между проливами. Время пролетело незаметно, в диалоге, историях и, конечно, за дегустацией. Хочу выделить внимательность к личной дате и поблагодарить за поздравления и преподнесенный подарок - китайский чай! Это было очень приятно и трогательно. Благодарим, что показали нам «чайный путь» и мы рады, что встали на него именно с Вами! Процветания и успехов!

Чайная церемония — это магический процесс, позволяющий забыть о повседневных заботах и погрузиться в атмосферу гармонии. Мы научим вас правильно заваривать чай и раскрывать его вкусовые качества. Познакомим с историей каждого сорта и расскажем, каким образом его выращивают, собирают и обрабатывают. А также поделимся лайфхаками, как правильно оценивать качество чая.
Дом с историей
Церемония проходит в доме, построенном для сотрудников НКВД в 1950-х. Это здание хранит в себе дух времени и уют хабаровских двориков середины прошлого века. Здесь чувствуется особая атмосфера — будто стены помнят истории людей, которые когда-то жили в этих комнатах.
