Описание

На территории Донского монастыря много интересного: храмы с многовековой историей, атмосферный некрополь со старинными надгробиями, усыпальница. Я покажу вам их и погружу в прошлое. Познакомлю и с современной жизнью обители. А ещё проведу в крипту под Большим собором и на монастырскую стену — туда просто так нельзя попасть.

  • Малый Донской собор: старейший собор монастыря, могила патриарха Тихона, Мироваренная печь
  • Большой Донской собор: сохранившийся иконостас 17 века, рака с мощами патриарха Тихона, чудотворная Донская икона
  • Храм Сретения: крипта Большого собора, крупнейший некрополь грузинских царей
  • Храм Архангела Михаила: усыпальница князей Голицыных
  • Некрополь монастыря: наиболее сохранившийся из московских. Могилы знаменитейших людей, среди них — родственники Пушкина, историк Ключевский, Солженицын, генералы Деникин, Каппель, писатель Шмелёв и многие другие

Замечательная экскурсия . Гид Олеся очень эрудированная , интеллигентная , умная девушка. Экскурсия была в морозный день , в основном на воздухе . Хотим вернуться еще и летом , когда здесь будут цвести розы .

Тема монастырей - драма. Всегда. Сложные судьбы, тяжелые годы истории, строгая по своему укладу жизни обители - из таких слагаемых нереально сотворить весёлый рассказ. Но не развлекательный - не значит не интересный. Олеся подаёт информацию легко, понятно и просто объясняет термины, подробно рассказывает об аспектах/мероприятиях/традициях церковной сферы, много внимания уделяет значимым патриаршим персонам.
