спасибо службе поддержки. ответили сразу и помогли разобраться с аудиогидом. А сотрудник музея сказал,что нам не доступен аудиогид.

некоторых картин не было, не включалось описание некоторых картин, особенно расстроило, что не работал рассказ про «Последний день Помпеи»

В целом всё хорошо. НО! Музей закрывается в 19:00 и не совсем понятно зачем продавать экскурсию на время позднее 16 часов. Вам в любом случае не вкатит 2-х часов, чтобы в быстром темпе осмотреть весь маршрут, заявленный в экскурсии. Мы за 2,5 часа не успели пройти 10 оставшихся залов.

Экскурсия была очень даже неплохая, только не было записано несколько залов и некоторых картин не было в музее. В остальном все понравилось, общая обзорная экскурсия, супер, спасибо👍🏻
