Описание

Приглашаю вас в дом из сена, который я построил своими руками. За общим столом расскажу, зачем я, переводчик по образованию, переехал из Ростова на Псковскую землю. Как живу здесь в ладу с природой, выращиваю себе еду и хватает ли мне общения. К вашему приезду намелю муки, испеку ржаной хлеб и приготовлю несколько традиционных блюд из тех стран, где побывал.

Что вас ожидает

Вы посетите лесной хутор в 10 км от Изборска, недалеко от музея-усадьбы народа сето.

К вашему приезду я намелю муки, испеку ржаной хлеб на закваске, приготовлю несколько традиционных блюд из тех стран, где побывал, и кое-что из русской кухни. Будет сезонная еда из местных продуктов — меню окажется для вас сюрпризом. Неизменен лишь десерт — тот самый овсяный кисель, который готовят на Руси уже тысячу лет.

За ужином я объясню свой выбор блюд — как они сочетаются, из чего готовятся и какие истории стоят за ними. А также расскажу, почему решил переехать в деревню и как мне живётся вдали от привычных городских благ.

Покажу вам хозяйство: дом, столярную мастерскую, винодельню, продуманную кухню для заготовления сезонной еды.

На хуторе я построил лавку, где продаю еду и напитки, которые делаю сам. Вы сможете увезти с собой что-нибудь вкусненькое.

Организационные детали

  • Ужин проходит на хуторе в 10 км от Изборска, куда вам нужно приехать самостоятельно на личном транспорте. Дорога хорошая. Точный адрес будет указан в билете
  • Мероприятие проходит в помещении. Однако вы едете в деревню, где кругом леса и поля — пожалуйста, одевайтесь по погоде

Будь как дома, путник Пару дней назад со мной случилась история, схожая с теми, которые происходят в песнях Короля и Шута: наша небольшая группа приехала к стоящему у леса домику, недалеко от Изборска и от границы с Эстонией. Нас встретил и позвал дружелюбно к столу хозяин этого места, Тимофей. Ужин был плотный и очень необычный. Меня больше всего впечатлил пирог с тыквой и творогом, и прилагавшийся к нему овсяный кисель - сочетание ингредиентов звучит крайне странно, но это было очень вкусно. Ну и болтали, естественно, о том о сем, и про волков в окрестностях нам Тимофей рассказывал… После ужина хозяин провел для нас небольшой тур, и, надо сказать, и в доме, и в остальных постройках на участке было много всего, что легко бы наводило на мысли о фильмах ужасов: топоры, молотки, пилы, велосипедные колеса. Но были и вещи причудливо выбивавшиеся из этой эстетики (а, может, наоборот, причудливо в нее вписывавшиеся) вроде Оксфордского словаря, «Ежика в тумане» или книги Вишневского «Грибы и секс». К слову, продолжая тему КиШа – в лес мы тоже пошли. Было очень темно, но к этому постепенно привыкаешь. Волков мы там, правда, не кормили, иначе было бы сложно этот отзыв писать. А если не кормили волков, а всё остальное было классным и очень нестандартным, то и вывод получается такой: если будете в Изборске – смело заглядывайте к этому «леснику»

Хутор находится недалеко от Изборска, поэтому была возможность посетить древнюю крепость. Тимофей гостеприимный, открытый человек. Понравился формат мероприятия- домашний ужин в дружеской обстановке. Блюда были простые, но очень вкусные. Интересно будет попробовать их приготовить для своей семьи. Прекрасно провели время.

Я очень рада, что попала на званный ужин к Тимофею. Формат проведения интересный, но рассматривать и оценивать его необходимо, именно как ужин, а не как экскурсию по хутору..... Встреча с Тимофеем оставила в душе только тепло. Легкий, открытый, приятный человек ( немного смущался, но это не мешало), замечательный кулинар и винодел. Все приготовленные блюда были, ну, ОЧЕНЬ вкусные и необычные. Кисель и чечевичная похлебка "бомба"...., пирог уже пробовала приготовить сама, на даже следуя рецепту, получилось не так вкусно, как у Тимофея. Спасибо за чудесно проведенный вечер полный впечатлений и конечно, за приятную беседу! Однозначно всем рекомендую!

Поставили высокую оценку, Тимофей старался, еда вкусная, но все чуть странновато: Дом недостроен, огорода нет, чем занимается, как фермер, так и осталось загадкой, вместо рассказа развернутые ответы на вопросы, которые мы задавали исходя из предыдущих отзывов

Рекомендую Всем! Тимофей очень хорошо принял меня и вкусно накормил, рассказал о технологии готовки, и удивил необычным выбором меню, так как блюда имеют свою историю и были приготовлены по давно забытым рецептам, например настоящий старорусский кисель, он как оказалось совсем не жидкий, так же надо сказать, что выбор блюд зависит от сезонности продуктов - если, например, вы попадете в августе, как я, то это будут одни продукты, если приедете зимой - блюда будут наверняка другие. Тимофей иногда может согласовывать меню заранее, но я рекомендую заинтриговать себя и прийти на званый ужин без предварительного обсуждения меню, будьте уверены - еда будет приготовлена именно самим Тимофеем с использованием сезонных продуктов по старинным и даже забытым рецептам разных кухонь мира. Кстати, Тимофей сам печёт хлеб. Определенно рекомендую эту гастрономическую экскурсию! И вернусь в январе ещё за домашним вином из рябины и черной смородины, которое я приобрёл у Тимофея. Оно того стоит. Самое главное, что Тимофей не просто хорошо готовит блюда с историей, но и интересно об этом рассказывает, пока Вы жадно это всё употребляете в красивой обстановке, похожей на ресторан за городом. Рядом с деревней в 10 минут пешком от хутора Тимофея располагается деревня Сигово, очень по-европейски красивая деревня, с просто великолепными людьми и интересным музеем-усадьбой народа Сето, обязательно загляните в деревню до или после ужина, это очень красиво!
