Описание

Добро пожаловать в старинную винодельческую деревню — именно здесь был найден 8000-летний квеври, а традиции изготовления вина бережно хранятся веками. В традиционном погребе вы узнаете, как делают кахетинские вина. Попробуете премиальные сорта вина, ароматную чачу и нежный грузинский коньяк. А ещё своими руками приготовите чурчхелу и шоти, которые сможете забрать с собой!

Что вас ожидает

Сердце кахетинского виноделия
На аутентичной винодельне вы откроете секреты древнего кахетинского метода виноделия, познакомитесь с квеври — глиняными кувшинами для выдержки вина. Попробуете чачу, самогон и коньяк. И конечно, продегустируете лучшие сорта местного вина — ркацители, киндзмараули, хванчкару и другие.

Мастер-класс по приготовлению чурчхелы
Чтобы ещё сильнее прочувствовать грузинский колорит, вы поучаствуете в мастер-классе по приготовлению чурчхелы! И своими руками создадите вкусный десерт из виноградного сока и орехов. А если захотите, научитесь выпекать шоти — традиционный хлеб.

В целом интересный тур. Но, пожалуйста, хорошо подумайте прежде, чем ехать с маленькими детьми: дорога долгая(серпантин), смотреть им тут особо нечего, плюсом сверху дегустации для взрослых. Если повезёт с гидом - получите невероятные виды, рассказы и красивые фото. А вкусный алкоголь будет и без этого 😊

Ездила месяц назад. Все прошло супер. Тур стандартный как к других операторов. Гидом была Нино, замечательный гид. Группа была смешанная, Нино рассказывала все на двух языках, не ущемляя никого. В Телави можно было не ездить, довольно далеко и все уставшие были под конец тура. На Хроники Грузии не заезжали.
