Описание

Наш квартирник пройдёт на уютной кухне и в дружеской атмосфере. Я расскажу вам об особенностях турецкой гастрономии, о любимых блюдах османских падишахов, а также познакомлю со старинной посудой и предметами быта. Вы приготовите несколько популярных местных блюд, которыми потом удивите своих близких. Думаете, что готовить их сложно? Попробую убедить вас в обратном!

Что вас ожидает

За рассказами о секретах местной кухни мы вместе приготовим и попробуем несколько блюд, включая знаменитый чечевичный суп, турецкий пирог берек из тонкого теста юфки и популярный среди веганов салат кысыр. А напоследок сделаем одну из любимых сладостей Хюррем Султан, жены султана Сулеймана.

Я расскажу вам, как сварить кофе, чтобы он получился насыщенным, с пышной пеной, которой гордится каждая хозяйка. А также мы реконструируем занимательный процесс подачи кофе в султанских покоях. В конце нашей гастрономической программы вас ждёт дегустация блюд и традиционное турецкое кофепитие.

мы в полном восторге от мастери-класса! все проходило в гостях у Елены — на ее турецкой кухне) это очень необычно — полное погружение в культуру) за рассказами о турецкой культуре мы приготовили самые популярные и вкусные блюда местной кухни: чечевичный суп, бёрек, сладость и салат. все получилось ну очень вкусно! рассказ Елены гармонично сочетался с программой мастер-класса, и приготовленные блюда дополняли истории гида) Елена — прекрасный гид, глубоко знающий историю страны, в которой она живет! можно было задать вопросы как по программе мастер-класса, так и о культуре в целом — здорово, что Елена дает живые знания из своего опыта общения с местными. завершили все разговорами за чашечкой кофе — кстати, теперь мы усеем варить вкусный и ароматный Турецкий кофе с пышной пенкой!) если вы обожаете турецкую культуру, хотите получить новый опыт, научится готовить любимые блюда и просто погрузиться в местную жизнь — обязательно попробуйте мк) мы получили невероятные эмоции! спасибо!
