История еврейского Гродно пронизана смехом сквозь слёзы, как и сама история этой необычной нации. За каждой биографией, за каждым случаем стоит прекрасно сохранившийся или воссозданный памятник архитектуры. Раскрыть культурное наследие, приобщиться к нему, прикоснуться к славным и трагическим страницам еврейского прошлого — цель этой экскурсии.

Что вас ожидает

Дом Феликса Зандмана. Вы увидите бывшие владения семьи Зандманов и узнаете, как представитель этого семейства стал одним из отцов современной микроэлектроники.

Корпуса фабрики «Неман». Вас ждёт удивительная история взлёта и трагического финала детища братьев Старовольских.

Дом Заменгофа. Владения знаменитого гродненского врача-окулиста Лазаря Заменгофа, придумавшего международный язык эсперанто.

Фабрика «табачного короля» Шерешевского. «Свидетель» необычной трансформации Гродно в табачную столицу Беларуси 19 века.

Здание пивзаводе Юзэфа Кунца. Я расскажу вам о пивном маэстро из Венгрии, который превратил город в одну из главных точек по варке хмельного напитка.

Гетто в Гродно — Мемориальная арка. Мы коснёмся трагических страниц холокоста, оставившего неизгладимые шрамы на городе.

Большая хоральная синагога. Единственная отреставрированная синагога Беларуси, с возобновившейся еврейской жизнью. Вы рассмотрите уникальную мавританскую лепнину, места расстрелов со следами пуль и многое другое.

Дом Найдуса. Подойдём к реконструкции дома гродненского писателя, вернувшего идиш в поэтическую литературу элит 20 века.

На экскурсии мы обсудим:

  • Обязательные пожертвования в синагоге не включены в стоимость — 5 бел. руб. за взрослого, 3 бел. руб. — школьный и льготный
  • На экскурсию нельзя с животными — мы посетим места культового и культурного значения

Ходили на экскурсию втроём. Всем очень понравилось. Видно, что Андрей сам увлечен темой, городом и рад любым вопросам (а у нас их было много). Не имеем еврейских корней, представления о теме были минимальными. Андрей рассказывал подробно и понятно, объяснял "с нуля". Замечу, что до этой экскурсии была на другой обзорной по городу, места и рассказы совсем не пересекаются. Много заходили во дворики. От души благодарим Андрея! Всем рекомендуем!

Это была третья и заключительная для нас экскурсия в Гродно с Андреем. Казалось бы к третьему дню мы могли уже устать (и от Андрея в том числе). Но нет! Экскурсия опять прошла на одном дыхании. Для нас очень интересна и важна данная тема и Андрей полностью оправдал наши ожидания от экскурсии. Подача материала увлекательная, деликатная, с уважением к истории и людям. Прошли по улицам, заглянули во дворики и дома, узнали много нового для себя. И конечно, опять посетили чудесное кафе, накупили сувениров (кажется, что с Андреем по-другому не бывает )), а также решили для себя обязательно еще приехать в Гродно и посетить другие уникальные и увлекательные экскурсии Андрея. Андрей, спасибо, что выдержали нас и наши вопросы все три дня. Огромной Вам удачи и до новой встречи!

Были на экскурсии Андрея "Еврейский Гродно, или Сарин смех" с сыном, 10 лет. Было очень интересно и познавательно. Материал очень непростой, и мне вначале казалось что сыну сложно и непонятно (хотя тема ему хорошо знакома). Но, задав ему несколько вопросов поняла, что он помнит все, даже фамилии, которые я сама забыла))) Тему Сары раскрыли по дополнительному вопросу сына. Спасибо!
