Были у повара Зайнютдина на мастер-классе. Приготовили два вида плова. Мы проехали от Ташкента до Нукуса- это самый вкусный плов, который мы ели. 2 килограмма плова дали нам в контейнерах в дорогу. Обстановка на мастер-классе дружелюбная и уютная, по-домашнему. Рекомендую.

Описание
Добро пожаловать на мастер-класс по приготовлению плова! В уютной чайхане, под руководством повара-профессионала, вы раскроете секреты самого популярного блюда узбекской кухни и научитесь правильно его готовить. А затем, конечно же, попробуете результат своего труда (спойлер: вам понравится!).
Что вас ожидает
На мастер-классе вы узнаете, когда и на каком масле лучше готовить плов, как обжаривать лук, чтобы получить разные оттенки, как влияет сорт моркови на вкус, как добавлять рис и надо ли его перемешивать. Затем попробуете приготовить плов по двум рецептам — чайханскому и свадебному. А какой из них вкуснее — решать вам!
После нашей встречи вы сможете не только поесть приготовленный плов (а также другие блюда, которыми мы вас угостим!), но и в будущем порадовать своим умением родных и близких.

Были всей семьёй на МК по приготовлению плова. Были в настоящем узбекском дворике, а не в красивых декорациях. Посмотрели где собираются мужчины пообщаться. Повар , который нас учил, рассказал много секретов по приготовлению. Всё это происходило под приятные и интересные разговоры. Мы отлично провели время. Наелись вкусного плова 2-х видов и много плова забрали с собой в Москву. Организаторы позаботились о нашей доставки из отеля до места. А после МК позаботились о том, чтоб нам было куда сходить плов и аккуратно его довезти. Я очень довольна, отличная организация, всё продумано до мелочей !

Выбрали именно это мастер-класс, который проходил в аутентичной атмосфере, на базе чайханы, где собирается местное население. Мастер-класс проводил Зайниддин-ака, человек, который проработал поваром в столовой авиазавода, на котором работало более 50 000 человек, кроме того он в 1987 году, в составе музыкального коллектива от Узбекистана выступал на сцене Кремлевского дворца. Т.Е. человек разносторонний, хороший рассказчик и мастер своего дела. Готовили два вида плова, ташкентский и темный. Все вышло на славу, объелись. Пальчики облизали))) Салат, чай, лепешки, сладости - все было. Рекомендую.

Рекомендую посетить данную экскурсию тем, кто любит готовить на природе, дома и угощать гостей. Очень приятный повар, обьяснил правила приготовления плова. Поделился секретами. В конце мы отведали плов приготовленный собственными руками)

Большое спасибо за экскурсию! Нам все очень понравилось! Особенно хотелось бы отметить пунктуальность, отзывчивость и мастерство повара Зайниддин-ака! Профессионал своего дела! Плов получился потрясающим! Мы даже забрали с собой и довезли до родителей(как раз ночью был перелет домой). Поэтому наслаждались вчетвером, рассказывая впечатления от поездки в Узбекистан! Что можно было бы усовершенствовать: так как расположение довольно далекое, лучше сразу уточнять, что обратно добираться гостям надо будет самим. Это позволит продумать маршрут и заранее варианты возвращения в отель. Если у гостей нет местной симки с интернетом, то заказ такси может быть затруднителен.
