Дом на набережной — символ своей эпохи. Здесь переплетались судьбы и рождались легенды. Вы пройдёте по его дворам и попадёте в одну из квартир. Услышите, как жила советская элита, кто создал этот дом и почему он сыграл роковую роль для многих жильцов. А с балкона вам откроется вид на Кремль и Замоскворечье.

Уникальная однокомнатная квартира на 10 этаже
Мы расположимся на уютных диванах и поговорим о судьбе архитектора Бориса Иофана. Также я расскажу, как создавался первый элитный жилой комплекс СССР, кто его населял и почему этот адрес — Серафимовича, 2 — стал символом эпохи и трагедии.

Прогулка по дворам и тайнам прошлого
Вторая часть экскурсии пройдёт на улице. Мы прогуляемся по дворам Дома, увидим прачечную, столовую диетического питания, детский сад, расположенный на 11 этаже. Обсудим возрождение ГЭС-2, заглянем в палаты Аверкия Кириллова и разберёмся, как Дом на набережной стал символом своего времени.

Очень давно я хотела побывать в доме на набережной. Для меня он - символ эпохи. Когда гуляешь вокруг него или видишь с противоположной стороны реки, возникают противоречивые чувства: с одной стороны, хочется любоваться архитектурой, с другой - начинаешь вспоминать мрачную историю этого дома. С этой экскурсией я получила возможность переместиться во времени, мысленно представить жильцов прошлой эпохи. Они вершили историю: творили, спасали людей, руководили страной. Мне кажется, нет больше такого дома, где бы жило такое количество незаурядных личностей. Многих из жителей репрессировали, но память о них осталась. Павел рассказал нам очень много интересной и познавательной информации. Очень тронуло знакомство с милейшим жителем этого дома: нас гостеприимно встретили, предложили чай, кофе. Мы были в квартире, прочувствовали на себе эту атмосферу. Огромный восторг, шквал эмоций вызвал у нас вид с балкона. Огромная смотровая площадка с наикрасивейшим видом Кремля и его окрестностями! Сердце Москвы! Это останется в памяти навсегда! Огромное спасибо Павлу и его другу за уникальную возможность окунуться в историю!!!❤❤❤👍👍👍

Дом на набережной - совершенно особое историческое место в Москве. На фоне новаторской архитектуры и новых принципов общежития Дом полон героических и трагических историй и судеб. От этой экскурсии многого ждёшь. Тот факт, что экскурсия включает визит в частную квартиру, дорогого стоит. И всё же цена экскурсии неоправданно завышена.

Рассказ Павла Петровича увлекательный благодаря его искреннему интересу к истории и большому жизненному опыту и широкому кругозору. Экскурсия запомнится возможностью зайти внутрь этого уникального дома и попить чай в квартире с шикарным видом на Кремль. Павел Петрович живёт в доме почти 4 десятка лет, знает много историй, связанных с его жильцами. Рекомендую!

Прекрасная экскурсия! Павел много всего нам рассказал и показал. Мы побывали в самом Доме на набережной и погуляли вокруг. И везде узнавали много нового и интересного. Очень богатая история у этого здания. Вид с "балкона" потрясающий! Как открытка! А теперь нас ждет продолжение. Ведь Павел выдал нам целый список литературы и фильмов по теме! ☺️ Мы все четверо очень довольны проведенным временем!

Это был не просто рассказ о Дому на Набережной, а настоящее погружение в историю, наполненное интересными фактами, живыми историями и искренней любовью к своему делу.
