Описание

Приглашаю вас на душевные посиделки в окружении карельской тайги. Вы насладитесь спокойствием векового леса. Отведаете калитки с разными начинками. Вместе мы заварим чай из местных трав и ягод: ягеля и брусники, вереска и черники, почек сосны и можжевельника. И поговорим о секретах таёжной жизни: например, вы узнаете, как сварить крепкое пиво с помощью слюны медведя и лесной куницы.

Что вас ожидает

  • Деревянный домик в таёжном лесу. Зимой здесь удобно греться в морозы, а летом — прятаться в спасительную тень от жары
  • Чаепитие с травами и ягодами. Магия будет происходить прямо на ваших глазах: ландшафт вокруг вас оживёт и, можно сказать, сам прыгнет к вам в чашку
  • Знаменитые калитки. К чаю непременно будут пирожки с начинками на любой вкус (рыба, икра, дичь, ягоды)
  • Знакомство с местными обитателями. Наша избушка находится на территории конноспортивного комплекса — здесь живут собаки, кошки, козлики и, конечно, лошади. А иногда в гости забегают лесные жители: лиса, зайцы и даже кабаны

На встрече я расскажу об особенностях таёжного леса и его обитателей, а также о традиционных блюдах и напитках карелов. Вы узнаете:

  • Действительно ли мох растёт на северной стороне дерева
  • Когда собирать местные цветы, ягоды и травы
  • Почему же всё-таки карельский пирожок называется «калитка»
  • И другие интересные факты

Травы и ягоды не только приятны на вкус, но и содержат незаменимые витамины. А хвойный воздух улучшает работу нервной и дыхательной систем организма. Так что прогулка будет не только уютной и познавательной, но и полезной.

  • Чаепитие проходит в черте города, до места вам необходимо добраться самостоятельно (~15-20 минут от центра на такси, это 200-400 рублей в одну сторону)
  • Чай и угощения включены в стоимость
  • Пожалуйста, сообщите заранее, если вы придерживаетесь специальной диеты или у вас аллергия на какие-либо продукты
  • Обитателей конюшни можно будет посмотреть, погладить, угостить морковкой или яблоками (нужно брать с собой)

Эта наша вторая экскурсия с Екатериной,мы себя чувствовали,как на встрече со старым другом:очень спокойно и уютно.Выбрано прекрасное место для встречи:мы впервые увидели,что бывают не просто мангальные зоны на природе,а целые мангальные домики.О чаепитии Екатерина позаботилась сама,принесла все необходимое:от кружек до ингредиентов для чая.Чайный сбор можно было составить по своему пожеланию:сушёные ягодки,травки,шишечки и многое другое.Это был целый ритуал (мой чай с виду напоминал зелье с пыльцой фей,но на деле был ароматным и вкусным!).Также нас угостили несколькими видами калиток (Вкусняшка!☺️) Рассказы обо всем:легенды,история,путешествия,животные,карельская кухня.С удовольствием провели время.
