Описание
В уютном трактире мы возродили древний костромской промысел — калачный. С иван-чаем из самовара да старинными местечковыми историями вы узнаете немало интересного о калачепечении и купеческом чаепитии. И сами сделаете калачи — горячие, ароматные, пышные!
Что вас ожидает
Весёлые артисты-ведущие, рассыпая муку да старинные пословицы, расскажут:
- Что такое калач и с чем его едят
- В чём особенность суворовского калача
- Как пить чай по-купечески
Из пышного теста вы сделаете аппетитные калачи. Пока они расстаиваются да выпекаются, мы угостим вас чаем из самовара и уже готовыми горячими калачиками с маслом и домашним вареньем. А там уж и ваши калачи подоспеют!

Прекрасное место. Были с детьми на мастер-классе по изготовлению калачей. Всё удобно и комфортно. Получились отличные и вкусные калачи с пылу, с жару. Интересный мастер Константин с интересными историями. В итоге: уютное атмосферное место с очень хорошей кухней. Калачи, пельмени, щи, настойки - отдельная рекомандация!

Очень душевный мастер-класс 10 из 10. Аутентичное кафе-трактир, 19 века. Колоритный ведущий-калачник. Были только своей семьёй 4 человека, дети уже взрослые. Сделали калачи своими руками, попили чаю из самовара с вкусняшками. Я попробовала сет из наливочек, миниатюрные рюмочки по 25 мл с закуской: соленым огурчиком, советую, там и приобрели на подарок наливку и кружку с видами Костромы.
