  • От бывшего пруда Мюлентайх мы поднимемся на опушку леса. По пути освоим дыхательные техники
  • Поговорим об императоре — романтике и садоводе, который ввёл зелёный налог и создал дендрарий под открытым небом
  • Обнимем вековые деревья. Вы узнаете, зачем это делать и какое дерево подойдёт вам сейчас. Выполним даосскую практику «Большое дерево»
  • Найдём активные точки на теле, которые станут для вас «аптечкой скорой помощи»
  • Я познакомлю вас с цигун и дам лёгкие, но эффективные практики на каждый день, которые будут подтягивать тело, укреплять иммунитет, омолаживать организм
  • А в подарок вы получите гайд по женскому здоровью или гайд по точкам для эмоциональной гармонии. У вас будет возможность вернуться к техникам, посмотреть, изучить и проделать необходимые практики самостоятельно.

Я попала на практику к Ларисе можно сказать случайно,потому что мой гид накануне вечером отменил всиречу,сказав что группа не набралась. Я написала Ларисе,она быстро ответила,и согласилась на экскурсию для меня одной. И это была большая удача!Я никогда не занималась данными практиками,но мой организм быстро откликнулся и после занятия я летала,ощущение что я выросла на несколько сантиметров, практика проходила в лесополосе,и это лучшее начало дня!А после занятия,Лариса столько всего рассказала про Светлогорск,показала мне цветущие Магнолии и Сакуру,я бы гуляя сама скорее всего ничего подобного не нашла и не увидела такой красоты. Большое спасибо за самое прекрасное утро в Светлогорске,я уже хочу на следующую практику!

Планируя свое посещение г. Светлогорска наткнулась на данную экскурсию. Прочитав описание, сразу решила, что мне это нужно👍 Наряду с небольшой обзорной информацией о г. Светлогорске экскурсоводом Ларисой давались практики по улучшению здоровья, а именно Цигун, очень много полезной информации, которой я обязательно буду пользоваться. Смело могу рекомендовать эту экскурсию тем, кто заботится о своем здоровье!!!

Случайности не случайны. Так как я сама работаю с энергиями - увидев предложение на трипстер «практика Цигун» - незамедлительно решила попробовать. Не смотря на ранний подъем, уже в начале практики я оживилась, проснулась и взбодрилась. Лариса очень подробно все рассказывает, показывает, дает рекомендации как и что использовать в повседневной жизни. На протяжении дня ощущалась легкость и расслабленность в теле и в голове (не было 100500 мыслей). Мне повезло, так как у меня была индивидуальная практика по цене групповой! Очень рекомендую попробовать практику Цигун с Ларисой. Вы не пожалеете! 💜

Рада, что встреча с практикой была в первый день отпуска и это позволило настроиться на здесь и сейчас, настроиться на отдых после напряжённых рабочих дней. Практики просто объясняются Ларисой и их легко можно встроить в повседневную жизнь. Практики дают заряд радости и спокойствия, и это очень актуально сейчас, в осенний период. Очень рады были с пользой о своём здоровье позаниматься в прекрасном месте.

Очень рада что попала на данное занятие: открыла для себя новое направление для оздоровительных занятий - цигун, получила массу ценных и полезных знаний и советов от Ларисы по питанию и физической активности! В этот же день совершила прогулку на велосипеде по велодорожке Светлогорск-Зеленоградск. Записывайтесь, чтобы получить новый опыт! :)
