На территории Калининградской области пиво варят с 13 века. Этот напиток — основа европейского быта на протяжении столетий. Приглашаю вас погрузиться в его историю! Вы услышите о традициях, культуре употребления напитка и ресторанных форматах Восточной Пруссии. Увидите старинную посуду и, конечно, продегустируете местное пиво!

Что вас ожидает

Пивоварение в Кёнигсберге
Мы посетим мануфактуру крупнейшего коллекционера древностей Восточной Пруссии. Вы рассмотрите подлинные экспонаты — пивные кружки и посуду, начиная с 13 века. Познакомитесь с условиями жизни в Кёнигсберге, технологией производства пива и хранением напитка.

Дегустация локальных сортов пива
Затем нас ждёт пивной ресторан в соседнем здании! Говорить о пиве и не пробовать — это нужно квалифицировать как жестокое обращение с путешественниками :) Во время дегустации я расскажу вам о культуре употребления напитка, форматах заведений в Восточной Пруссии 17–20 веков, пивных дуэлях и традициях студентов Кëнигсбергского университета.
