Описание

Приглашаю вас на пешеходную прогулку по старому центру Кемерово. Мы поговорим о быстром, но сложном пути — от села Усть-Искитимского через Щегловск до современного города. Вы узнаете, как, когда и чьими силами застраивался центральный квартал Кемерова, и поймёте, почему он сейчас такой.

Что вас ожидает

  • Театральная площадь — побываем на площади, которой «повезло», и увидим, когда и как в Кемерово закончился этап архитектурных излишеств
  • Советский проспект — вспомним некоторые купеческие фамилии, которые сохранились в народной истории и старых фото
  • Река Томь — она расскажет об открытии горючего камня в 1721 году, освоении угольных запасов и иностранцах в Щегловске в начале 20 века
  • Притомская набережная — покажет перспективы развития города и их воплощение в 21 веке
  • Квартальная застройка старого центра — мы найдём самый старый кемеровский дом с вековыми «приключениями» и историей «крепкого» рода
  • Подъезд жилого дома — при желании зайдём в него с чёрного хода. А ещё обсудим странную нумерацию некоторых подъездов и жизнь дворов в середине прошлого века

Анна, спасибо большое) Мне нравятся экскурсии по "старым" центрам городов. Эта была именно такой. При этом маршрут позволил "увидеть" и перспективы города Кемерово и начало угольной истории. Очень понравилось, удачи!

Отличная получилась экскурсия, видно что Анна знает прекрасно свой город и Кузбасс в целом. Можно задавать разные вопросы, нить повествования не теряется и даже не хотелось расставаться! Рекомендую 🔥

Нам легко апеллировать, так как посмотрели почти весь мир. Сейчас изучаем Россию с 2021 года. Чтобы посмотреть Россию из 89 регионов по три региона в год, то нужно 30лет жизни. На 2026 год выпал Кемерово и Кемеровская область. Одно могу сказать: Кемерово и Кемеровская область поразили нас с мужем! Это супер регион! 9 дней и с утра до вечера разработана программа. Оставалось только переночевать! Именно благодаря пешеходной экскурсии с Анной мы познали центр Кемерово. Супер актуальная экскурсия. Аннушка молодец!

Нам очень понравилось! Мы были в Кемерово впервые и для нас этот город был "загадкой". Анна не только показала старый центр Кемерово, но и "объяснила" почему город такой. Увидели перспективы развития Кемерово и интересные строящиеся объекты. Про регион в целом (Кузбасс) тоже поговорили)

Я местная, а мои друзья бывали лишь проездом в Кемерово ранее. Мы хотели не просто погулять по центру, хотелось услышать "расшифровку, объяснения" города. Анна "объяснила" город, экскурсия была увлекательной, не только про Кемерово, но и про регион говорили. Однозначно рекомендуем!
