Как проходит чаепитие

  • Программа начинается с мастер-класса по чайной трапезе от самой Купчихи
  • Затем — демонстрационный розжиг самовара с рассказом от весёлого трактирщика Тихона: как устроен самовар, как правильно его растапливать и почему он считается душой русского чаепития
  • Пожалуйте к столу! А на столе: самовар, чайник с купеческим, копорским, травяным или даже позолоченным чаем на выбор. А к чаю — всё как положено: варенье из лесных ягод, мёд, деревенский сахар, печёный калач с яблоком и брусникой, расстегай, разгоняй и прочие угощения, что радуют глаз и греют душу

Организация мероприятия оставляет желать лучшего. Мне очень жаль потраченных денег, т.к. это самая дорогая экскурсия из всех, что мы посетили в путешествии по золотому кольцу. Сначала принесли теплые булки, через какое-то время пришли аниматоры. Самовар принесли холодный, пока ждали начала программы и того, когда самовар подогреют, все булки остыли. Угощения очень скудно выглядели, в частности, из-за подачи. Несколько несъедобных, черствых булок (по одной на каждого гостя), маленькие пиалочки с бубликами, вареньем, карамельками. Чайной заварки принесли несколько видов на пробу, но она быстро остыла, как и вода в самоваре, и уже в середине чаепития мы пили холодный чай с холодными булками. Аниматоры веселые, с песнями и разговорчиками. За это им отдельное спасибо и две звезды в отзыве. Я бы никому не порекомендовала это развлечение. За эти деньги в Костроме можно купить хорошую экскурсию и посидеть попить вкусный, горячий чай со вкусными сладостями еще и вместе с экскурсоводом.

Замечательное погружение в традиции! Очень понравилась колоритная купчиха, просто браво!!! Непринужденно, весело, талантливо, вкусно! Были вчетвером, но стол рассчитан человек на 10 точно, детям и взрослым будет очень интересно! Огромное спасибо и однозначно рекомендую!
