Организптор, продавшмий билет, все ок, встречает-провожает, пепредает из рук в руки году Эрмитажа. В этой части все отлично. Далее гид ведёт молчком к бриллиантовой кладовой, кто не успел - она не виновата. Далее максимально впечатляющие сокровища и удручающе тоскливо и скучный рассказ. Параллельно шла экскурсия для другой группы с вдохновенной девчушкой гидом, вот это был класс. Но... не для нас

Необыкновенно интересная и красивая экскурсия. Наслаждаться творениями мастеров-ювелиров хочется и после экскурсии. Точно вернусь еще раз! Единственный минус - не сообщили, что отсчет времени экскурсии идет не с 13:39, а с 14:00. Для меня было критично- могла не успеть на поезд, пришлось на 30 мин раньше уйти. Очень (!) жаль. И рекомендовала бы сразу нам, путешественникам, писать в описании- где можно вызывать такси после экскурсии ( мне не ответили , где выход с из Бриллиантовой кладовой даже в Информационном центре) . Это пожелание к организаторам. Спасибо за экскурсию!

Это посредник, который к проведению экскурсии не имеет никакого отношения. Встретили и передали экскурсоводу, весь функционал. Экскурсию проводила гид Эрмитажа, которая блестяще справилась со своей задачей. Такие экскурсии можно бронировать на сайте Эрмитажа самостоятельно, можно с гидом, можно без. 3 раза в день они проходят, посредники не нужны. Более того, посредник - организатор не предупредила, что нельзя брать с собой рюкзак. Я в командировку приехала, обычный офисный рюкзак с ноутом был с собой. Сообщили мне об этом после того как я все оплатила. Ячейки хранения в Эрмитаже были все заняты, на мой вопрос почему не предупредили, мне сказали, а на сайте Эрмитажа вы не читали... то есть организатор ни за что ответственности не несёт. Вещи группы сдаются в такую общую "клетку", у гардеробщицы ключик. Члены группы уходят все в разное время, свою ли я куртку взяла, свой ли рюкзак, всем фиолетово, никого нет. О том, что по данному билету можно гулять по всему Эритажу после посещения бриллиантовой кладовой, организатор предупрелила также только перед началом. Но так как я переживала за дорогой рабочий ноут, мне пришлось сразу уйти. Я к тому, что если бы вся эта инфа была известна заранее, можно было бы спланировать все по-человечески заранее. А если покупатель должен сам собирать всю инфу, то для чего посредник организатор вообще?
