Описание

Воронеж — город удивительный, иногда контрастный. Сегодняшний центр — это живая история как минимум трёх веков. А некоторые места помнят скифов и мамонтов. И всё-таки эта экскурсия — в первую очередь о людях, которые жили в Воронеже в разные времена. А через их судьбы — знакомство с историей города, его архитектурой и памятниками.

Что вас ожидает

Район ВГУ, где проходили границы крепости и ветвились подземные ходы. Вы увидите храмы, которые помнят всю историю Воронежа и попробуете представить себя жителями крепости. А ещё узнаете о судьбе Митрофановского монастыря.

Адмиралтейская площадь — отсюда берёт своё начало российский военно-морской флот.

Успенская Адмиралтейская церковь, в которой Пётр I пел на клиросе, а Митрофан освящал корабли. Вы рассмотрите действующий макет корабля, который был воссоздан по чертежам Петра.

Улица Карла Маркса и ближайшие кварталы, которые когда-то служили подъездными путями к крепости, а позже превратились в торговые ряды. Вы осмотрите усадьбы знатных людей Воронежа и услышите о судьбе этих кварталов и их жителей в послереволюционном городе.

Проспект Революции — увидите богатые усадьбы, учебные заведения, дома-призраки и гостиницы, где бывали знаменитости как царской, так и советской России.

Площадь Ленина — бывшая Староконная, или Площадь соляных амбаров. Только в 1927 году она стала главной в городе. С ней связано множество исторических фактов и курьёзов, о которых я вам расскажу.

А также на нашем маршруте: площадь Победы — парк «Орлёнок» — Кадетский плац и история первых велопробегов — Первомайский сад и создание Воронежского коммунистического полка — Благовещенский собор и общежитие для советских рабочих, тюрьма для неугодных власти и место для фашистских стрелков.
