Разберётесь, как выбирать сырьё, правильно обрабатывать листья и доводить сбор до нужной стадии ферментации.
Соберёте собственный ароматный купаж, ориентируясь на свои вкусовые предпочтения.
В финале — чайная пауза с разными сортами иван-чая и карельским вареньем.
