Описание

Вас ждёт горячий вечер в барах Петербурга! Мы посетим заведения, где вспомним эпоху Александра II или времена сухого закона. Заглянем в бар, где коктейли выбираются по ощущениям, или в почти советскую рюмочную. Выясним, какой коктейль делают из гречишной водки, где Negroni льётся из фонтана и каковы на вкус «Братья Карамазовы».

Что вас ожидает

Мы посетим 4 или 5 баров. Раскрывать названия не будем, поскольку предлагаем разные — исходя из ваших предпочтений.

Но вот что будет точно:

  • Уникальные концепции. Вы насладитесь не только напитками, но и эстетикой — от тайных подвалов, атмосферных рюмочных до арт-символики и винтажа в интерьерах
  • Нетипичные коктейли и гастрономия. Попробуете авторские коктейли, созданные талантливыми барменами, а также закуски, которые нельзя найти в обычных заведениях
  • Истории и легенды. Каждое заведение имеет уникальную историю, а порой и легенды, связанные только с этим местом
  • Погружение в питейную культуру. Вы послушаете о том, как складывалась барная история города на Неве. Узнаете местные традиции и предпочтения петербуржцев
  • Ремесло барменов. Сможете расспросить мастеров за стойкой о процессе создания коктейлей, используемых ингредиентах и современных трендах в миксологии

Организационные детали

  • Прогулку на выходные и праздничные дни лучше планировать заранее
  • Напитки оплачиваются дополнительно — от 500 до 1000 ₽/шт.
  • В некоторых барах принимают только наличные
  • В отдельных заведениях действует дресс-код (смарт-кэжал и выше). Обсудим это в переписке

Вечер провели в чудесной компании Вальдемара, который показал и рассказал нам о барах, которые мы сами вряд ли бы нашли. Бары не туристические, камерные, уютные и скрытые. Все очень отличаются друг от друга и каждый аутентичный. Ощущение что просто прогулялись дружной компанией,а не официально с экскурсоводом. Обязательно посетим парочку уже самостоятельно. Ну а за «кровавую Мэри» отдельная Благодарочка❤️

Баров в культурной столице столько, что знать все невозможно. Но посетить самые лучшие за один вечер можно и нужно. Каждый бар индивидуален, со своей спецификой, но все они оставят только положительное впечатление
