Описание

Мы погрузимся в историю Волгограда — от зарождения до наших дней. Пристальное внимание уделим эпохе ВОВ и Сталинградской битве. Посетим главные достопримечательности центра — площадь Павших Бойцов, Аллею Героев, дом Павлова и мельницу Гергардта. А затем осмотрим открытую часть экспозиции «Сталинградская битва».

Что вас ожидает

Нулевой километр — символическая точка отсчёта расстояний, принятая в разных городах ещё с античных времён.

Площадь Павших Борцов — центральная площадь Волгограда. Рассмотрим её достопримечательности и основные здания: Главпочтамт, гостиницы «Интурист» и «Волгоград», универмаг, медицинский университет, Новый экспериментальный театр.

Аллея Героев — пешеходный бульвар. Появился на карте города в 50-х годах, уже после восстановления Сталинграда.

Дом Павлова, или Дом Солдатской Славы — 4-этажный жилой дом 1930 года постройки. Во время Сталинградской битвы здесь в течение 58 дней держала оборону группа советских бойцов.

Паровая мельница Гергардта — один из символов Волгограда, свидетель героической обороны города и напоминание о том, как выглядели руины Сталинграда в 1943 году.

Мамаев курган, на котором расположен грандиозный ансамбль «Героям Сталинградской битвы». Главный его монумент — «Родина-мать зовёт».

Константин прекрасный рассказчик, экскурсия была увлекательной! много деталей, очень живо, спасибо! и я очень хотела индивидуальную экскурсию, так как не люблю толпы.
