Хотите за пару часов погрузиться в мир казахских традиций и почувствовать тепло южного гостеприимства? Приглашаю вас на ужин к моей семье: национальные блюда приготовит моя старшая сестра, повар. Вы попробуете легендарный бешбармак с нежной кониной, насладитесь воздушными бауырсаками с густой сметаной, оцените наши сладости и уникальный десерт — казахское «рафаэлло». А также познакомитесь нашим национальным инструментом — домброй.

Меню ужина

  • Выпечка и закуски: бауырсаки, натуральная сметана, самса, хлебная корзина
  • Салат «Цезарь»
  • Основное блюдо: бешбармак, бульон с натуральным айраном
  • Десерт: ассорти казахских сладостей, фруктовая нарезка
