Описание

Мы ждём вас в деревне Сигово! На веранде сельского дома вы попробуете несколько видов крафтовых напитков по историческим рецептам: плотные эли, сухие сидры, питный мёд и загадочную хандсу — это далеко не всё разнообразие. На закуску предложим деликатесы по сезону: выдержанный сыр, хлеб на закваске, вяленые томаты. После дегустации вы сможете прогуляться по деревне.

Что вас ожидает

  • Дегустация проходит в ремесленной деревне Сигово, где на семь дворов — два музея и две мастерских
  • В расслабленной обстановке мы поговорим о происхождении того или иного напитка, а также о технологиях в производстве
  • Вы узнаете, какие природные компоненты использовались раньше и как это влияло на свойства напитков
  • Попробуете не менее 10 видов напитков — по желанию выберете исключительно зерновые или только фруктовые вкусы
  • Для непьющих мы сварим безалкогольный глинтвейн или угостим травяным чаем, а детям в дополнение дадим расписные пряники

Продолжением гончарного мастер-класса стала дегустация ремесленных напитков и чаепитие в компании очень приятной хозяюшки. Много чего перепробовали, узнали тонкости появления и изготовления того или иного напитка, отведали домашние сыры, закуски и сладости! Приятно было прикупить и увезти с собой то, что понравилось! Елена, спасибо за чудесную возможность отдохнуть и узнать много нового!

Были на дигустации алкогольных напитков собственного производства. Параллельно ребенку провели мастер класс по Псковской росписи на керамике. Все остались очень довольны. Будем рекомендовать своим друзьям и близким.

Оказаться в гостях у заботливой хозяйки после шумного праздника "Сетомаа. Семейные встречи" - было лучшим окончанием дня 28 августа. Алкоголь с историей, который наливают тебе сами производители этого алкоголя - где вы ещё такое встретите? Я был приятно удивлён таким обширным знаниям, потому что экскурсия называется "Дегустация у пивовара", где тебе расскажут о технологии производства и сразу же дольют в чашку того алкоголя, который тебе понравится. Я приобрёл темное пиво, потому что люблю именно пиво, но также есть выбор крепких напитков. А ещё Елена талантливый керамист, её керамическую посуду можно оценить сразу на дегустации, я купил у неё красивую глубокую тарелку для супа. С удовольствием вернусь к Елене "за добавкой" ещё 😀
