У нашей группы – полное разочарование. Отзыв этот пишу для того, чтобы у других путешественников не было иллюзий и они имели представление о том, что их ожидает. Я уверена, что есть люди, которым вполне подходит предложенный формат. Этот формат нам вообще не подошел. Если бы мы заранее знали, как это будет, то экскурсию в таком формате мы бы не бронировали. Экскурсия называется «групповая экскурсия по старому Несебру с аудиогидами». Из названия у нас возникло представление, что нас будет вести компетентный гид с историческим образованием, и он же будет говорить непосредственно с нами и будет рассказывать нам экскурсию и отвечать на наши вопросы по истории этого прекрасного города и около него, а мы будем иметь возможность слышать живой (!) рассказ экскурсовода, даже если вокруг шумно и мы стоим поодаль от него, благодаря радиосвязи с ним через аудиоустройство. Таков был наш опыт подобных экскурсий в других странах. В Несебре для нас открылся новый вариант экскурсии: выдаются аудиогиды как в музеях уже с записанным монотонным текстом, и милая дама водит нас по Несебру и в определённой географической точке сообщает нам, какой номер набрать и прослушать в аудиогиде. Во-первых, монотонная информация из аудиогида не воспринимается вообще. Во-вторых, вопрос по теме не задашь, так как компетенция милой дамы - выполнять функцию Google maps и говорить в каком месте нажимать кнопку. Образование у милой дамы точно есть, но вряд ли оно историческое. Мы ей дали фидбэк, что она свою работу в качестве Google Maps выполнила прекрасно, но мы ожидали живого и компетентного в истории этой местности гида. Экскурсия завершилась пробой местных вин. Надеюсь, наш отзыв кому-то пойдёт на пользу.
