Описание

Я живу в Вологде, 13 лет работал в общепите, веду гастрономический блог с тысячами подписчиков. Хорошо знаю кухню с обеих сторон: как гость и как бывший сотрудник. И на прогулке помогу вам отыскать ключ к настоящей Вологде с помощью вкусов. Мы зайдём в 3–4 заведения и поговорим о локальных блюдах, «местах для своих» и кофейной культуре.

Я покажу Вологду глазами человека, который здесь живёт, ест, наблюдает и замечает суть. Вы узнаете:

  • Где в Вологде делают блюда с локальными продуктами
  • Что такое гастрокоды и почему важны не только вкус, но и подача, атмосфера и история
  • Какие рестораны стали точками притяжения, а где всё осталось, как 10 лет назад

По пути вы увидите, и мы обсудим:

  • деревянные дома – какими они были и какими стали
  • уличные муралы – кто их создаёт и какой смысл в них вкладывает

Наша прогулка может превратиться и в разговор о жизни: о том, что выбор блюда говорит о человеке, почему некоторые места нас цепляют и как гастрономия становится способом запомнить город.

Гастропрогулка очень понравилась всей компании из 10 человек. Двое из них местные жители и даже их удалось удивить: открыть новые интересные заведения, раскрыть хнакомые с новой стороны Маршрут прогулки хорошо продуман в том числе с употребления пищи. Также хочу отметить особые знаки внимания, не буду раскрывать сюрпризов. Рекомендую!

Гастропрогулка прошла интересно и крайне душевно. Помимо списка мест к последующему обязательному посещению осталось ещё и большое количество приятных воспоминаний и шуток.

Это было похоже на некоторый вызов организатору: гастропрогулка в первой половине дня 1 января:)) Максим справился не то чтобы "на отлично", а на все 12 баллов из 10 возможных!! Мы попали в гости в незнакомом городе к хорошему знакомому, который смог и развлечь разговором, и очень вкууууууусно накормить) Необыкновенно обаятельный, легкий в общении, умеющий перестроиться под запросы клиентов, Максим нам показал не только знаковые исторические места без лишней "цифровой" обременительной информации, но и познакомил с современной Вологдой, с ее людьми: необыкновенно гостеприимными, с верой в будущее города, и делающими свое дело профессионально серьезно с большой любовью)) Однозначно, рекомендуем всем, и , особенно, вологжанам, которым хочется узнать больше о своем городе!

Это было замечательная прогулка. Мы узнали все о гастрономической «сцене» Вологды и немного про историю города. Где еще вы попробуете суп из репы, ржаной эспрессо, мороженое из снежка и многое другое!? Я, даже не смотря на достаточно большую ресторанную насмотренность, был сильно впечатлен такими вкусовыми сочетаниями. Рекомендую!
