Мы посетим лаконичную купальню Вели Бей, где вы узнаете о влиянии термальной воды на организм, восстановление его ресурсов и сохранение молодости. Я расскажу вам все тонкости водных процедур: в какой последовательности необходимо погружаться в термальные бассейны, когда и зачем нужно посетить парную, какие процессы запускаются в организме в термальных купальнях и многое другое! Елена- отличный экскурсовод, передающий всю атмосферу мероприятия, как с исторической стороны, так и с познавательной стороны о пользе и преимуществе термальных бань. Великолепный рассказчик, способный предоставить возможность одновременно наслаждаться всем процессом экскурсии, одновременно ознакамливаясь с историческими фактами. Мы остались очень довольны от всего мероприятия. Однозначно рекомендую!

Елена настоящая Фея термальных вод! Очень деликатно и вдумчиво погрузила в процесс принятия лечебных ритуалов. Предварительная экскурсия по купальням дала правильный настрой на дальнейшее действо,которое происходило в старинной турецкой купальне. Елена ,как лучшая подруга ,поделилась секретами красоты и молодости.Большое спасибо за незабываемый опыт и желание вернуться!!!

Сууууупер экскурсия! Так здорово, что хоть кто-то рассказывает, как вести себя в термах, еще и грамотно с медицинской точки зрения - чтобы эффект был по максимуму!!! Очень интересно, понятно и незабываемо!!!

Елена очень увлечена своим делом и передаёт эту энергию за время экскурсии. Она очень хорошо контактирует с людьми. Мы узнали много нового про культуру купален. А её алгоритм проведения процедур дал нам понимание о лечебных свойствах термальных вод. Я пришла с моей 75-летней мамой и программа была идеальная для нас обоих. Очень хорошо себя чувствуешь сразу после и на следующий день. Рекомендую с большим энтузиазмом.
