Описание

Утро — самое подходящее время для практики, а лес у воды — прекрасное место. Чистый морской воздух смешивается с хвойным ароматом, создавая идеальный природный коктейль для знакомства с собой и своим телом с помощью практики йоги.

Что вас ожидает

Расстилаем коврики в сосновой роще недалеко от красивого пляжа. Утренняя практика начинается с приветствия солнцу — Сурьи Намаскар. Затем — последовательность асан, которые я подберу с учётом ваших возможностей:

  • разминочные упражнения для подготовки тела
  • динамические и силовые практики для пробуждения энергии
  • балансирующие асаны для концентрации внимания
  • глубокие растяжки для раскрытия тела
  • медитативные позы для внутреннего спокойствия

Организационные детали

  • Возьмите коврик и воду, а ещё купальник и полотенце, если захотите искупаться после практики в море
  • По возрасту и уровню подготовки ограничений нет

Замечательно подобрана локация, красивое место, лёгкая атмосфера и тренер, с которым приятно заниматься. После практики ощущение, что перезагрузилась полностью.
