Эта экскурсия — о контрастах Милана, где древние базилики соседствуют с модными кварталами, а дух раннего христианства — с ароматом кофе и звоном бокалов на набережных каналов. Мы пройдём путь от 4 века до 21-го, проследим, как святость и повседневность уживаются в сердце города, и почувствуем, что делает Милан таким особенным.

Базилики 4 века — колыбель христианского Милана
Когда-то Милан, а не Рим, был столицей Римской империи. Здесь был принят Миланский эдикт — именно он дал христианству свободу. Великий святой Амвросий построил первые базилики города — за тысячу лет до Дуомо. Мы посетим три из них, сохранивших не только древние мозаики, но и атмосферу первых веков веры.

Вы узнаете, почему до сих пор каждый миланец чувствует влияние святого Амвросия, услышите о святой Наталье и месте, где хранятся её мощи, а также о чудесах, происходящих здесь и сегодня.

Контрасты современности — прогулка по Корсо Тичинезе
После встречи с вечным — немного земного. Мы оставим за спиной базилики и отправимся по одной из самых колоритных улиц Милана — Корсо Тичинезе, где бутики дизайнеров соседствуют с антикварными лавками и ароматом свежесваренного кофе.

Каналы Навильи — сердце современного Милана
Финал маршрута — квартал Навильи, где жизнь города кипит в барах, галереях и у воды. Здесь можно сделать остановку на классический аперитив или просто насладиться атмосферой итальянского вечера. Как опция — прогулка к церкви Святого Христофора и рассказ о её необычных легендах, включая историю о «псоглавцах».

Экскурсия великолепная, мы наконец-то открыли для себя Милан. Помимо того, что сам маршрут заслуживает отдельной похвалы (мы были в новогодние праздники и на несколько часов смогли вырваться из туристической толпы), особенно удивила подача информации. Артур чрезвычайно эрудированный и интеллигентный человек, доставило огромные удовольствие общение с ним. Кажется, что нам рассказали всё и даже больше.
