Описание
Я приглашаю вас не на обычную винную экскурсию с заездами на предприятия, а в путешествие на родину вина и виноделия с историей в 8000 лет — в прекрасную Кахетию! Расскажу о тонкостях выращивания винограда, познакомлю со всеми видами дегустаций, поделюсь маленькими винными секретами. В результате вы найдёте «своё» грузинское вино и ощутите гостеприимство кахетинской земли.
Что вас ожидает
Горный серпантин Гомбори перенесёт нас из Тбилиси в Алазанскую долину.
Мы проедем по древнему городу Телави, где вы увидите Крепость господина.
В Цинандали поговорим об основоположнике европейского метода розлива вина по бутылкам — князе Александре Чавчавадзе. Он же привнёс в винодельческую культуру страны производство игристых вин и бренди.
Музей виноградной лозы и потрясающие виды Алазанской долины возле знаменитого замка Греми — продолжение нашего путешествия.
По дороге я расскажу историю каждого места, где мы побываем, и познакомлю с менталитетом и жизнью кахетинцев.
В течение поездки вас ждёт 5 видов винных дегустаций:
- любительская — на винодельческом предприятии «Шуми» в Цинандали с прогулкой по по Музею виноградной лозы
- профессиональная — на винодельческом предприятии Vaziani company или «Милдиани» в Телави
- потребительская — в «Корпорации Киндзмараули» в Кварели с экскурсией по цехам самого старого винодельческого завода (1533 год постройки)
- традиционная — в Марани: оцените вина, приготовленные традиционным способом
- гедонистическая — в семейной винодельне микрозоны Цинандали

Организационные детали
- Едем на комфортабельном автомобиле Dodge Caravan, Honda Stepwgn или Toyota Prius
- Гедонистическая дегустация проводится только во время Ртвели (сбора урожая винограда)
- Гид оставляет за собой право корректировать места посещения винных предприятий и дегустаций
- Можно провести экскурсию для большего количества участников — доплата €25 за каждого дополнительного

Мы не совпали с экскурсоводом мировоззрением и жизненной позицией. В нашей парадигме не может быть одного ВЕРНОГО мнения на все вопросы. Все в жизни относительно. Говорить о лечении лейкимии вином и утверждать, что болезнь лечится вином может человек с профильным образованием. Но… это пример. И каждый волен выбирать. Мы же своим выбором разочарованы. К сожалению, в усадьбе Цинандали нас встретила экскурсовод Жанна. Формально она рассказала о фарфоре и часах и хрустале. Наверное, так и написано в путеводителе. Но есть ощущение, что рассказывать о Великой истории любви может человек, который внутренне это чувствует и проживает…. Такое же сопровождение мы получили в замке Греми и винодельне Киндзмараули. Возможно, это и были «лучшие гиды», по заверению Михаила… но, если это так, то история красоты и богатства Грузии слишком скучна. Мы благодарим Михаила за знакомство с потрясающим человеком, который ТОЧНО любит свое дело, профессионалом, Стасом. Он интересно и подробно рассказал нам о производстве вина в винодельне Мильдиани. Также благодарим за безопасную дорогу нашего водителя ВАНО. Оставим пожелания для Михаила: накануне вечером хотелось бы получать подтверждение встречи, перечисления необходимых вещей, плана экскурсии (для понимания маршрута и точек обеда и завтрака).

Хотим выразить огромную благодарность нашему гиду Вано за невероятное путешествие по Кахетии! Это был не просто тур, а настоящее, душевное и очень познавательное погружение в грузинскую культуру виноделия. Вано — это тот гид, который делает поездку особенной. Он не только блестяще знает историю региона и все тонкости традиционного грузинского Квеври-метода, но и умеет подать информацию легко и увлекательно. Особого восторга заслуживает дегустационная часть программы. Вано выбрал потрясающие заводы и семейные винодельни, где мы попробовали настоящее местное вино (как красное, так и янтарное, белое), а также насладились традиционным кахетинским гостеприимством и вкуснейшим застольем. Чувствуется, что Вано выбирает места, которые хранят традиции и производят по-настоящему качественный продукт. Благодаря Вано мы не только узнали, но и по-настоящему почувствовали, почему Грузия считается колыбелью вина. Настоятельно рекомендую Вано всем, кто хочет увидеть Кахетию не глазами туриста, а глазами друга, влюбленного в свою страну и ее вино!

1 ноября с Михаилом ездили в винный тур по Кахетии . Очень понравилось. Прекрасная подача информации,интересные локации и душевное отношение покорили нас с самого начала. Мы дегустировали вкуснейшие вина , много узнали о виноделии и красивой грузинской душе .Очень рекомендую этот тур и Михаила как проводника в мир грузинской культуры . Спасибище !!!

Хоть и заявлено 5 дегустаций, не надо рассчитывать, что за 1 день можно успеть все их провести. Михаил подстраивается, но реально провести 3, может 4. При этом за каждую дегустацию нужно дополнительно оплачивать, наши расходы составили примерно еще 100 долларов дополнительно. В Mildiani была супер экскурсия и хорошо, что она была первая. Стас очень знающий спец, дегустация супер. В Шуми было хорошо и уютно, размер дегустации можно выбирать, но экскурсия проще, не так подробно. В Киндзмараули не попали, но в прошлый приезд экскурсия была так себе, слишком «на потоке». Поехали в Хареба - но это только склад, без производства. Красиво, экскурсия 5 минут, дегустация без подробностей) Вернулись в Тбилиси, нашли бар Mildiani и снова пошли к Стасу на дегустацию))
