Описание

Знаете ли вы, сколько пива варилось в Екатеринодаре до революции? Со мной, несомненно, узнаете. Я расскажу об истории краснодарского пенного за более чем 200 лет. Покажу места, которые до сих пор хранят память о первых пивоварнях от чешских мастеров. Отведу в легендарную блинную, а в финале — в свой любимый бар, где вы оцените локальные сорта и пивную культуру современного Краснодара.

Что вас ожидает

Начнём в легендарной блинной «Ладушка»: попробуем «Мешочек счастья» и зададим тон всей прогулке. За завтраком поговорим о купеческом Екатеринодаре, его вкусах и привычках — и о том, как пиво вошло в жизнь города.

Пройдём историческими кварталами Екатеринодара — туда, где когда-то протекала пивная жизнь. Здесь казаки и чешские мастера закладывали первые пивоварни, копали артезианские колодцы и возводили особняки, в которых кипела не только торговля, но и городская жизнь.

Зайдём туда, где шумел пивной сад, и увидим место первой пивоварни города. Поговорим о загадочных подземельях и таинственной башне — последних следах первого пивоваренного завода Екатеринодара.

Пройдём через знаменитый Утиный квартал, переживший джентрификацию и ставший новой точкой городской жизни.

В финале я приглашу вас в один из своих любимых баров, чтобы посмотреть, чем живёт краснодарская пивная культура сегодня. Здесь вы сможете попробовать локальные сорта, сравнить их со вкусами прошлого и обсудить всё увиденное в неформальной обстановке.
