Что вас ожидает

Закупка ингредиентов на аутентичном рынке
Сначала отправимся на древний рынок Малаги Атаразанас. По пути я коротко расскажу об истории этого места, а затем приступим к выбору свежайших ингредиентов для мастер-класса. Купим ароматный хлеб и овощи — я покажу, какие именно томаты годятся для вкусного гаспачо, — а также мясо или рыбу, в зависимости от выбранного вами вида паэльи (веганской, мясной, из иберийских колбасок или из морепродуктов, включая даже черную с добавлением чернил каракатицы). И после этого на машине отправимся на апельсиновую плантацию, что всего в тридцати минутах от рынка.

Знакомство с маэстро
Помимо отличий паэльи в разных регионах Испании, это блюдо у каждого повара имеет свои секреты. Мастер-класс для вас проведет маэстро поварского дела, магистр андалусийской гильдии поваров, преподаватель гастрономического ремесла и уроженка Малаги. Знакомство пройдет под дегустацию деревенского хлеба и различных сортов местного оливкового масла, поджаренного миндаля, маслин и знаменитого испанского вина.

«Нарезать правильно ингредиенты — уже 50 процентов успеха», — говорит маэстро. Вы научитесь виртуозно совершать действия с компонентами будущих блюд. Откроете, что зрения и обоняния недостаточно, и чтобы все получилось, оказывается, нужен еще слух, что услышать рис, который подает сигналы о своей готовности. И это далеко не все секреты, которые вы услышите на мастер-классе! Пока пыхтит паэлья, вы займетесь приготовлением гаспачо — холодного супа из помидоров, особенно популярного в Андалусии летом. Узнаете, сколько видов таких супов существует и чем они отличаются в разных провинциях. А в завершение продегустируете приготовленные блюда за оживленными беседами в дружеском кругу.

Елена организовала прекрасный мастер-класс в удивительной апельсиновой роще, были двумя семьями, нам всем очень понравилось. Обязательно повторим!!!

Ну, теперь не пропадем… Благодаря Елене и ее уникальному гастрономическому туру, а также замечательному шефу Макарене научились делать гаспачо и даже знаменитую паэлью. Большое спасибо!

Отличное время - будем дома готовить паелью . Оказывается это не так сложно , только по написанному рецепту не приготовишь - много тонкостей . Елена прекрасный гид . Спасибо Елене за интересное знакомство с рынком и Малагой и повору за мастер класс. Уверена , что с Еленой ещё встретимся

Мастер-класс получился отличным! Очень понравилась организатор Елена - по дороге до кулинарной студии я уже узнала много интересных фактов про город, его историю, жителей и местную кухню. Само приготовление паэльи оказалось очень увлекательным, достаточно простым (под руководством повара)))) и мне рассказали столько тонкостей и секретов приготовления! Время пролетело совсем незаметно! Уже решила, что это не последнее моё путешествие в Малагу и надеюсь ещё попасть на экскурсии к Елене) Из минусов - нужно найти место для сковородки для паэльи, это блюдо теперь со мной навсегда)
