Приглашаю вас в своё кафе, где вы научитесь делать популярные грузинские блюда. А потом под весёлые тосты и местное вино постараетесь их съесть! В процессе приготовления вы узнаете множество технологических секретов, интересных кулинарных фактов и забавных историй.

Что вас ожидает

Мы приготовим 2 блюда на ваш выбор из этого списка:

  • Хинкали с мясом, грибами или сыром
  • Хачапури по-аджарски или по-мегрельски
  • Кубдари — сванский «хачапури» с мясом
  • Чахракини — сезонный хачапури с зеленью
  • Грибы с сыром, жареные на глиняной сковородке кеци

Нашему шеф-повару вы сможете задать любые вопросы, связанные с грузинской кухней. А я отвечу на все вопросы о грузинском вине и чаче.

Организационные детали

В стоимость мастер-класса входят все ингредиенты для приготовления блюд (по 5 хинкали на человека и одно блюдо на 1-4 человек). А также вино и чача для дегустации.

Отличный мастер-класс! Это лучшее времяпрепровождение для небольшой компании в Тбилиси. Александр большой молодец, замечательно все объяснил, очень хороший рассказчик.

Все понравилось, обязательно приготовим хинкали дома! Проходит мероприятие в небольшом винном баре в центре Тбилиси, быстро нашли по вывеске место проведения. Александр интересно рассказывает, показывает, проходит мастер-класс в небольших группах, нас было 3 пары. Если вы брезгливый человек, то лучше обоговаривать личный мастер-класс, так как все участники из общей миски будут без перчаток замешивать тесто, раскатывать его и накладывать фарш. Понятно, что руки просят помыть, но после мытья проходит довольно много времени и все люди успевают потрогать телефоны, столы и свою уличную одежду… Также, как по мне, и мнению других участников, сыр в хачапури был очень соленым, но нам сказали, что это особенность несезона (были в начале марта) и перестраховкой поставщика в качестве своей продукции. Несмостря на это, все равно было очень познавательно и захотелось повторить эксперимент дома.

10.03 были в гостях у Александра и Нины на мастер-классе. Здорово и душевно провели время - Александр поделился рецептами приготовления вкуснейших хинкалей и хачапури, а также помогали на каждом этапе готовки. помимо этого нас угостили винами, приготовленными по традиционной грузинской технологии и чачей)
