Описание

Это интерактивная программа, в процессе которой вы приготовите традиционный татарский эчпочмак. А также узнаете, как появилось и почему стало таким популярным это блюдо, познакомитесь с местными традициями и, если захотите, примерите на себя национальный костюм.

Что вас ожидает

Мастер-класс проходит за ужином в ресторане:

  • Во время подачи салата вас ждёт приветствие, знакомство и рассказ об истории и особенностях приготовления татарских блюд
  • Перед вторым блюдом начнётся мастер-класс, во время которого вы самостоятельно приготовите эчпочмак, а также послушаете рассказы о национальных традициях и легендах. Если что-то будет не получаться, мы вам поможем!
  • Когда выпечка уйдёт в духовку, у вас будет время, чтобы познакомиться с обычаями татарского народа. В программе — показ национальных костюмов под приятную музыку. Если захотите, можно будет примерить наряд и на себя
  • Затем вас ждёт конкурс за столом и дегустация ароматных и румяных эчпочмаков

Это, наверное, лучшая экскурсия (мастер-класс), которую мы посетили в Казани! Атмосфера была очень душевная: мы поболтали, вкусно покушали, нам рассказали интересные факты Татарстана. Данный мастер-класс рекомендую к посещению на все 1000%!

мастер класс отлично весело задорно дружелюбно, эчпочмаки очень вкусные все съели )) единственное масто проведения хотелось бы в просторном месте , было очень душно )

С мужем и двумя девочками 9 и 10 лет были в гостях у замечательной Диляры на мастер-классе по выпечке вкуснейших пирожков и ужине в татарском стиле. С нами связались заранее с вопросом не против ли мы пройти мастер-класс не в ресторане, а в гостях. Мы согласились и были рады такому формату. Дома все прошло очень мило и душевно. Нас накормили вкусным ужином и научили печь эчпочмаки! Еще Диляра показала как делается очень вкусный десерт. А потом был чай со сладостями под приятную беседу. Диляра прекрасный собеседник. Смогла занять беседой и взрослых и двух непоседливых детей. Мы вспоминали кремли России узнали много о татарских традициях и интересной информации Казани. Было очень тепло, душевно и познавательно. Спасибо огромное!

Побывали на этом мастер классе с сыном. Так получилось, что нас было двое и хозяйка-организатор предложила провести его у нее дома. Это был чудесный, познавательный, дешевный вечер, где мы познакомились с радушной хозяйкой, которая нас вкусно накормила блюдами татарской кухни. А еще мы самостоятельно приготовили три вида треугольников и национальные сладости, которые унесли с собой. Замечательно провели время и научились готовить местные пирожки. Всем рекомендую
